Fantastic moving company. Every step of the way they were helpful and customer-oriented. I had to move quickly for a major career move from San Diego to the bay area. From the initial sales call all the way to the final delivery they were professional, courteous, helpful and very easy to work with. Everyone I met throughout the process handled the account with an amazing level of professionalism while also taking into account the human factor. Relocating is a major life event and can be very stressful. They definitely took some of the stress factor away. I highly recommend this company. I got four quotes for this move and Omega was the second least expensive. I chose to go with them because after my call with the least expensive company, I felt there would be hidden added fees. Omega was very thorough from the get go which gave me confidence that I wouldn't be slammed with extra expenses. And they followed through. Highly, highly recommend! I don't do yelp reviews often- but when a company has this level of customer service throughout the entire process, i feel obliged to share! Thanks Omega team!

Terrible management. Repeatedly tried to squeeze us with extra fees. Do not do business with this company. We felt completely screwed by them in the end. Stay away. Specifically, David was the worst.

Please don't even bother looking at this company!!! They give you a 2 week window of when your stuff arrives. So it's a guessing game. We signed a lease for 2 weeks before our stuff arrives and wasted money. Plus these guys are not cheap. And when they packed boxes for us, the packer would put a large toy ball in 1 box and then tape it up. And they charge $10 per box. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. They don't care if you are unhappy, they say it's my problem. They are of no fault at all. When the movers came to our house for pick up, they were pissed that I asked them to pack our place too. And one guy was so short with me on the phone, he called back after I hung up to apologize for being so short. It's just unending the nastiness of this company.

The crew that moved my furniture this past weekend did a great job, the head guy- I believe his name was Victor? and his crew were very personable, professional, quick to get the job done and they didn't break anything!I give it four stars because after the lady agents gave me a quote and potential date, when I called them back a couple times to confirm..they didn't call me back..I had to call them a couple times and that started to give me a headache as I needed a set date.We finally confirmed the move out date for a morning slot. About two days before my move out date, one of the girls calls me to confirm and they say " ok so you are confirmed for pick up at 1PM".I said " No, I didn't agree to that time slot"..to make a long story short we figured it out...Potential customers just make sure both sides have their details correct...- other then that no complaints!
