This is a long overdue review.  I work in large format printing so I am careful who to trust with moving our products.  That being said, I have never been disappointed by Jody and her team.  I've worked with them for many years for good reason.  They are reliable, punctual, and very professional.  I like that they are very responsive and communicate well with you throughout what can sometimes be a stressful process.  All of my orders have arrived on time and without damage.  Don't hesitate to give them a call.

North Star courier is AWESOME! I was in a bind and went with them based on their yelp reviews and I'll never use another courier. Amazing customer service from the first call till my delivery today when they went above and beyond in unpacking the contents for me with care and they were the nicest guys which made for an awesome experience. Great job North Star!!!!

As someone in the customer service field, they out topped me! Jody was an absolute pleasure to work with and was completely understanding of the outlandish requests I had! She was extremely helpful and in a pinch was able to get a very large shipment same day to San Diego, while communicating with me in Cleveland. Love this company and will be using them for future (less chaotic) needs.Thank you again Jody!

This was our first time using a courier for our business. I called two other companies on Yelp and didn't get a response -- it was a blessing in disguise. Our third call was to "NorthStar Carrier". They were quick to answer the phone and were very helpful throughout the whole process. They understood the urgency of our request and within an hour their agent was at our office. We had an item picked-up from our office then dropped off for us all in one day! We will definitely use them again in the near future.

I was on the receiving end of a delivery and couldn't have been more impressed with the companies service.  My friend, who lives out of town, wanted to surprise and send my two daughters  four dozen Krispy Cream donuts as a graduation gift. She tried all types of companies with no luck. She called NorthStar and asked if they'd be willing to pick up the donuts and deliver them and did! Not only were the donuts delivered warm and fresh, the company called Krispy Cream in the am to confirm the order and even delivered a note from my friend. So impressed by them. They went above and beyond and my daughters were elated! Thanks for a great experience!
