First of all, I would like to say, I have ABSOLUTELY NO IDEA how this moving company has anything more than a two or three star rating! They MUST be paying someone to write good reviews or something because my experience with this company was horrible from the beginning of the move to the very end! The two movers I had (I can't remember their names lucky for them) were two Turkish Arabic guys that showed up about an hour late THEN when they finally was about to get started I asked them to start packing up the kitchen they told me I didn't pay for them to pack up anything, I only paid for them to move stuff out. I said wtf?? It made no sense to me that I had to REQUEST for them to bring boxes and other supplies to help me pack! And on top of that, I wasn't even given that option over the phone when I initially made my appointment. Let me just say this, I am military, so I have moved PLENTY of times with various moving companies AND NEVER did I have to EVER request the moving company to bring supplies to help me pack! TF?!?! They've ALWAYS brought their own supplies and did ALL the packing! So, at this point I am PISSED that I'm paying all this money to pack my own damn sh*t! Then on top of that, while I was packing my kitchen up I caught the two movers outside down near another resident's apartment door lolli-gagging and shooting the sh*t. Smdh. That made me even more pissed because they were taking forever to clear my apartment and I only had a one bedroom apartment with not that much stuff in it. I was not paying them to take breaks and have multiple side bar conversions speaking in another language! So we finally get everything placed on the truck after it took like four hours for me to pack everything alone, we made our way to the new apartment. When I get there, I called the movers to let them know I am there and to find out their location.... NO ANSWER. I called them several times and left a message and still no answer. I look at my watch like, I know it doesn't take that long to get to the new apartment from the old apartment even in a truck?! I'm trying to figure out where they are with all of my stuff?! And in the back of my mind I'm hoping I didn't just get jacked by the movers. So, they finally show up and I asked them what took them so long they stated that they took a lunch break! And I'm like, ooookkaaayy?!?!?! Why didn't anyone at LEAST give me an heads up?! That was some BS! So they get started moving everything in and everything went okay with the exception that we had to use the apartment elevator to get to the third floor of my apartment and I was stuck in the elevator a few times with the two movers that did NOT put on ANY type of deodorant that morning! But anyways, when we were finally done and it was time for me to pay them (i paid in cash) they gave me the total and I had to go to an ATM to get the money. I paid them they left and then later on I received an email of my receipt and it showed that I paid them LESS than what I actually paid which means they ripped me off by telling me I owed more than what I was supposed to pay! I was ssoooo tired by the end of the day I didn't even bother with calling the company to tell them about the horrible experience that I had and how I got ripped off by their movers and plus I had no proof that they cheated me since I paid with cash. But NEVER AGAIN will I use this horrible moving company! Just a word of advice, I wouldn't trust all the reviews on here. Just saying...

Wow!  Wasn't sure whether to spend the money for movers.   Worth every dollar!  We chose this company based on reviews and they lived up to them!  Dalton and Joey were our movers and were complete professionals.  They handled our furniture with ease and brought all of the blankets and wrap to keep it safe.  They were also very quick and efficient, while still handling our stuff with care.  Not sure if you can "request" Dalton and Joey specifically not, but if so, I would recommend it!  Also, they even brought wardrobe boxes so we didn't have to take our clothes off hangars.
