Just had Joey, Freddy and Carlos move a number of large items into storage. They arrived in time, worked efficiently, protected our items very well, and made great use of the storage space. They were very polite and gave us some great advice for the remainder of our move. We will use them again very soon and highly recommend them!  Round 2 - Had Jeremiah, Ramon, and Jake finish the job by loading our truck for the long haul. They arrived on time, packed everything well, and even secured the washer drum. Happy again!  - Paul L.

To set the stage, we are not talking about a whole house move. We requested to move a king size bedroom set and a dining room set  23 miles.  I described the pieces and even noted that it was solid, Thomasville furniture.  To movers, they know that means heavy and bulky.Everything sounded great from the start... quick to call back, price and time were spot on.  Then John and his partner showed with a truck too small to fit everytting. Now I am one that believes it's not the problem, it's how you resolve it.That's where things went downhill. After John got half the furniture on the truck, he realized that a 7'2" China cabinet wouldn't fit.   It was just too tall.  From here, it turns into an ugly game of he said, she said.  My wife asked if they could lay the cabinet down. John's response, I wouldn't do that it's all glass and could easily break.  John's boss says the opposite, John told us that he suggested they just  lay it down and your wife rejected that solution.  BTW John's boss... when all other stuff was loaded, there was no room to lay them down so the point is moot. John's next solution was to unload everything and they wouldn't charge us. So when can you come back to finish the job? John, I can't say I only go where my boss tells me to go.  At this point, my wife and I have both been trying to reach John's boss without response for 30-45 minutes. My wife asked about a second trip. John's response, we will have to charge you will drive time and the extra hours.  My wife... why would I pay you for your mistake?  You show up with a 17' truck 1/4 full of other stuff?  John's boss says that we were offered a second trip and would discount the price for the trouble?!?   Somewhere along the line, John also commented that he just wanted to get home. I get it... It's 430 in the afternoon and he's probably on his second or third pick up/delivery.Now everything is loaded except the three-piece China cabinet and John gets a hold of someone. The only offer John makes after the call is to finish the job tomorrow, but that would require another four hour minimum.  According to John's boss, that was not the case.I certainly know that there is always two sides to every story. I only know the end result. That is John and his partner moved only some of the furniture we contracted for. An acceptable solution was not reached and NO ONE ever called my wife or me back.After waiting four days for anyone to reply I called back and someone did pick up. I heard John's side of the story through his boss.  Like I said, an epic case of he-said/she-said.  The "boss" offered no solution or sympathy, just "John's" story. In the end, no one had the courtesy to return my call.  We had to hire another crew to finish the job and I had to write my first scathing review.

We had booked two movers and a truck two weeks in advance of our move date. They were supposed to come 3-5 PM; we give them a call in the afternoon to confirm that they're still coming. Nobody picks up after continuous calls. Finally we are able to reach someone at 4:30 PM. They said they are finishing up another job and will be here in 1 - 1.5 hours. It then starts getting close to 6:30 and we hear NOTHING from them. We start calling again and don't get through.Finally at 7:30, they call and say they're ready. We had already called someone else by then because we would have been charged $$ by our apartment if we didn't move out that night.Extremely stressful experience, stop overbooking your movers.

Stewie, Carlos and Jonas were awesome!! They arrived perfectly on time. Worked fast and efficiently and made my move so easy! They wrapped everything to protect it and nothing got broke or damaged during the move. All super respectful guys. I hope to GOD I dont have to move for a long time, but if I do ill definitely hire this company again!! 6 stars!!

Stewie & Carlos are next level ROCKSTARS!!  I didn't know if it was possible, but low and behold, they got everything done in the 3 hrs, which included a a long hallway at the new place!  They had an amazing attitude and were smiling the entire time, were conscious to stay on the towels so my new carpet wouldn't get dirty, and were just overall exceptional! These two rock!!!
