There isn't an option for a zero star rating. Where to start... Let's start with the not so serious. The movers annihilated my Tempurpedic box spring, dropped my dresser and night stand causing damage to the corners.But here is the kicker... the moving company sent a registered sex offender to move my belongings. This individual took it upon himself to take my information off of the invoice and proceed to text and call me. After looking up the number and finding out that the person is (not was) a registered sex offender was extremely upsetting. I now have a 3 year restraining order in place to help protect myself. Now I have to move again in an attempt to stay safe and believe me I will never use another moving company ever again. It was advertised as Safe through the Moving help.com website. Not so safe. I don't know who would knowingly hire a registered sex offender to help move a single female. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!

About the worst movers I've used.  They guys were 40 min late to start.  There was no sense of urgency in getting anything done and they were so slow. An hour into the move they took about a 15min break - without notification.  It took them 20 min longer to get to the new locaiton (all of which I'm paying for).  Only one of the guys seemed to be doing the heavy lifting, and he looked as if he was injured.  Towards the end, the junior (?) guy was bitching with the other guy - not something I want to hear as a customer.  It took 5hrs with transit time (13 mi) to move a 1 BR with hardly any furniture - and that only because me and my friend were helping carry things and hauling a** to get the truck unloaded finally at location.  The reason I hire movers is so that I don't have to be carrying things.  The truck wasn't loaded properly so when I arrived, items and boxes had toppled over, it looked a bit of a mess.    The customer service when scheduling was great, and the guys were nice, but I hired them to get my move done as fast as possible (and I've had 2 guys move me from a 2 story house with more furniture & travel time in 3hrs) so nice doesn't make up for it.  Needless to say, I will never use this company again.

Just had my SECOND move with these guys and they are still awesome. Henry and Tyler were incredibly nice and extremely careful with my things. They even finished early! I've used Martin Movers twice now and they're the best, from the folks who answer the phone to the folks who load and unload your stuff. It's a pleasure to have them in your home. Thanks, guys!

THIS IS THE WORST MOVING COMPANY EVER! very unprofessional staff. They were late. They were extremely slow and ended up going over by an hour more than estimated. They were supposed to bring plastic wrap and tape which they failed to bring. I had to make a run to Home Depot to grab these items and even a drink for them because they didn't bring anything for themselves to drink. I called the company as soon as the truck was loaded to complain, they said they would look into it and call me back, they never called me back. When we got to our new residence, several of our items were broken and damaged. I called the company to file a claim and guess what? They never called me back. I will never use this company again.

You'll be fortunate if like me Enrique and Henry are your movers. They arrived on time. They were experienced, had a can do attitude, did all I asked willingly and without grumbling or arguing, packed my goods with blankets straps and shrink wrap loaded up the truck and braced everything very well. The proof was I arrived the next day with my truck and goods after 500 miles, with the load completely intact and as they had packed me. Well done!!
