David, Chris and Daniel did a fantastic job. They worked quickly and methodically. They did not waste any time. All of them were very personable and respectful. Both my wife and I were very pleased with the move.THEY WERE GREAT!!!!!!!Thank You.

Are you kidding me? Keep away from these guys!They were not careful with expensive furniture... they are very damaged now :( , they were taking a long time to move things (the excuse was that there were too many steps to walk from elevator to the apartment), a lot of laughing going on among them all the time.My clothes were falling on the ground from their old boxes and they didn't care. If you want good, honest and professional movers... Find a different company!Sorry about the bad review, but that is the truth.

Okay, here is something REALLY amazing.  After a year, Manpower Movers, Joe, contacted me and said they will repair the damage.  THAT is some service!!!Unfortunately, I won't be getting the furniture out of storage for a few weeks/months.  BUT wow! That is amazing... what else can I say?  All better now with Manpower Movers.

I was asked to remove my review. I said no, I wouldn't.  I was not satisfied with the company then, nor am I now. I stated that my bedroom dresser was taken to be fixed and never returned. There was damage on the floors were never fixed.  No arrangements to correct the mistakes have been made. Nothing.Here is our conversation:HIM:Hi,I'm the new manager at Manpower Movers.  I understand you were unhappy with a move we did for you back in the past.  We've gone a whole year now, without a negative review, and are trying to go through and get our older, negative reviews cleaned up.  Is there anything we can offer you to make up for the bad experience, and have you retract your negative review?  Please let me know.Thanks,Brian CaseyME:No way. I am entitled to express my opinion; and that is my opinion. In fact, there were a few scratches on the floor, and a broken drawer that were to be repaired-- and never were. My dresser is missing a drawer because someone took it to fix it and never returned it! My dresser is not a cheap piece of furniture from Ashley, or another cheap furniture company. It was from a high end furniture store, I paid over a grand on that piece alone.  I would never recommend this company because of the issues I had while moving, and because the issues were never resolved, like promised. Even if my issues and scratches on the floors had been fixed, I am still unhappy with this moving company.ME:Interesting how you didn't respond or offer to correct the mistakes that the movers made, by scratching the floors and breaking a drawer. In fact, I can add this to my review, as this is a more current reflection of what kind of business this is.HIM: What part of "we're under new management" do you not understand?  I wasn't employed here at the time of your move, so I couldn't possibly do anything to address your concerns, then.  I'm here now, and I'm trying to do the right thing and correct our past mistakes, in the hopes of satisfying those customers who had issues with our service.  If you want to be angry and bitter, instead of mature and professional, and pout and cry instead of accepting our offer to compensate you for your bad experience, we'll simply take our offer off of the table, and move on to the other customers who are more reasonable and flexible.  Keep your precious review if it means that much you.I choose not to respond, or waste any more of my time on this man insulting me, yet he continues to harass me: HIM:Brian C. has sent you a message on Yelp:RE: settlement "Now I understand why the previous management couldn't work with you. It's your opinion, unless your opinion has changed you should not be bullied into changing or deleting your review. I stand by what I said the first time. I would rate it even less, since I have received this email by the manager.  I will guarantee that this guy will not last as the manager, by the way he talks to his customers. But, make your own judgement!

All around GOOD experience.Our office needed to move around some heavy filing cabinets and a considerable size safe within our own office and a lot of Misc items to our storage room down the street. We had neither the muscle power or the man power to get this done. So we called  up Manpower Moved and was quoted a decent and fair price. Chris & Jason called in plenty of time to let us know they were running a few minutes late due to traffic, which was courteous and appreciated.They got here, they are in casual clothes, and from what I saw they went right to work and moved everything we had asked of them. No slacking at all from what I saw, which is what you want since we have all heard nightmares about lazy moving men.My bosses were happy, I was happy, and its great to not have all that clutter everywhere. Thanks Manpower for your help.
