Do not hire this company!!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! They ruined my blnds and after multiple attempts to get reimbursed NOT ONE PHONE CALL OR EMAIL! Do not hire them!

Beware! was quoted one price and then charged double! They scratched up every piece of furniture! Everyday I am reminded of that dreadful experience! They took apart my daughters bed and did not put all the pieces back, or even leave them for me to fix later, so now I have a bed that is missing pieces, dowels, screws etc. and they took them! I contacted them, and never heard back. To make it even worse, it was half of a brand new bunk bed and they moved the other half whole, and the piece they decided to make unstable is the top bunk, which can no longer be used!

The sad part is we had used them in the past and were satisfied, that is why I went with them, but never again! When I called to speak with them about the drastic change in price, I was blamed for believing the person I spoke with!?!?

So happy to know these guys! Honestly, I had angst for months, knowing I had to move two couches out that had only gotten to our lower level by being lowered over the stairwell... How would we get them OUT? Well, Dylan & Co made it happen and I couldn't have been more pleased with the service from beginning to end. We moved furniture from Karen's Consignment to storage and home, and even on the unseasonably hot day these men were super-friendly and impossibly hard-working. Five stars from me!

I just recently moved back home from San Diego after earning a degree from UCSD. After 5 odd years in San Diego I had acquired A LOT of things. I'm normally a crazy mess when it comes to moving. There's usually some tears, a lot of curse words, yelling, and an abundance of frustration. Moving is one of those things that feels endless. There's something about seeing your life uprooted and all your things being taken out one by one that makes one anxiety ridden and ornery. This time I am surprised to admit I was almost stress free and in pleasant spirits during my move (minus a few hushed curse words, admittedly). I was lucky enough to have a handsome gentleman named Dylan move me out of my two bedroom apartment. He was punctual, friendly, and made jokes whenever I got anxious. I don't know how he did it, but he managed to fit a dining room table, 4 chairs, a coffee table, a large bookshelf, a queen sized bed, a bed frame and box spring, a 24-bottle wine fridge and various other large wardrobe boxes all into his moving truck! I hardly had to put anything into my car. Either my mover is a tetris master or this company seriously knows what they're doing. Personally I think it's a little of both. Whatever the case this company is professional, efficient, and provides amazing customer service. My move took about 4-5 hours including the drive with traffic up to Orange County. I repeat, I HAVE NEVER had such a stress free and easy time moving before this. All of my things were moved back into my new home safely with no damage. Dylan even helped me reassemble some things we had to break down for the move. I highly recommend this company to others. Unlike larger moving companies, this one takes accountability for broken or missing objects. Since it's a smaller privatized company, if things break or go missing, there isn't a huge budget to replace said items so your things are taken care of with extra caution. For all my future moves I plan to use this company and I hope all who read this will take my advice. In the calming words of my mover, "Don't worry, it'll fit!"

WHAT A JOKE!!! Spend your money elsewhere unless you like broken stuff!!! Now I have to buy new stuff on top of all my moving expenses.
