Mark and his crew of very kind and highly motivated movers helped me move to a new building in my complex and up two floors of stairs a couple weeks ago.Communication and service were excellent.  I got his name from a neighbor who also had a great experience.  I too passed his name on to a colleague who was very happy with the service as well.They took great care in wrapping and carefully guiding my belongings up the stairwell.Although I don't intent to move again anytime soon, if I do I will definitely be calling Mark/Express Moving again without hesitation.

Just had our stuff moved down the road from one apartment to the next. It was a short notice move due to a bust pipe in our apartment, and Express Moving managed to box all our stuff and move it (into a third floor apartment, no less) in one day. Thanks to Mark and the rest of the hard working crew for such an efficient move.

I booked Express Moving at the last minute and they were able to accommodate for same-day move. I spoke with Mark. Very nice guy. When Mark and Jacob arrived to do the move I ran into a problem that delayed the move. The problem was my fault, not theirs. But here is the interesting part, Mark actually solved the problem and we were able to get the move started. He didn't have to do that, but he did.Mark and Jacob did a great job with the move and they were fast that we finished ahead of schedule, even with the delay I had.I can't thank these guys enough for doing such a great job and for handling the situation smoothly. I picked the right movers for this. I don't think any other mover would've took it upon himself to resolve the issue I was dealing with.Mark and Jacob: If you're reading this, thanks again for all your hard work. We requested 4 movers and only 3 were provided to move a five bedroom home of 2900 sq ft.  We requested 100 pads to move everything and they only came with 50 moving pads.  They damaged the walls of both houses, the one we moved from and the one we moved into.  Also, the kitchen floor of the old house was damaged as well.  Some furniture was damaged due to not having enough moving pads.  Mark Rybikov who is the owner of Movers Express, has refused to pay for damages done to the homes as well as pay for damaged furniture done by the movers.  We were referred to this company by Amy Cook, a realtor with Coastal Properties.

First off, I want to warn you. All of their 5 star reviews, are bought and paid for. Or friends trying to make the business look better. Because if you've ever really used this company, you wouldn't rate 5 stars.We had a 700sq ft 2 bedroom. We were quoted 4-5 hours with two movers. Seems reasonable, since we didn't have much and the new apartment was only 10 minutes away, It took 9-10 hours. They broke our desk, some dishes and laid down a 55" plasma television. Our television ended up with blue lines. Awesome. They took their time. They even left for a hour lunch. With our stuff. Without telling us. My girlfriend ended up writing a review about them on their facebook page. Wow, do they like to fight back. There is no true customer service here. It's almost like a collage frat that moves you stuff. Seriously, no matter how much they quote you, find someone new.*As a rebuttal, I was never offered insurance. Second, our so called "friend" Jen, is a tweeker hooked on crystal meth. You shouldn't take the words of a drug addict who probably ended up having sexual affairs with one or both of your movers. Fourth, it's not polite to argue with your customer. And last, but not least, you also shouldn't review your own company, as it's not proper."Mark R.I had Serg, Mario, and Armando moving my storage locker out into my new house. The guys showed up on time with smiles on their faces and full of energy which gave me a kick in the morning.... This company is definitely not the biggest out there however the quality of the service and the options they offer is by far more advanced and affordable than most well known companies. These guys covered all my carpets, tile and hardwood floor with adhesive rug-runners and paper runners. They provided all packing materials and wardrobe boxes at no additional charge. They covered all the railings and doors with protective pads. The quality and efficiency here is definitely like no other!"
