What a hard-working bunch of guys! It's been a month since we've moved, so I've had ample time to inspect things, and they barely made a scratch. As with any older building with narrow doors, stairways and hallways, there were a lot of tight corners to navigate. The guys took precautions on both ends of the move.They were also pretty quick. We were still packing some of those last minute things when they arrived (coffee pot, toiletries, etc), and they were grabbing them as quickly as we taped up the boxes.The initial quote was very simple to understand. I ended up paying what I thought I would, no hidden fees or weird issues.The three guys were all extremely polite and professional. I was constantly kept updated, too. They helped keep moving day as stress-free as it could be. I would confidently and whole-heartedly recommend these guys.(I'd like to add that as a gay man with a husband, there are times when I still get uneasy vibes from people who come into the house. Happily, it occurs a lot less than it did even just 10 years ago, but because I've had to grow up with it, I'm attuned to it. I'm glad to say we got no such vibe from these guys. Not that I expected to, but it makes things more relaxing, so I feel it's important to mention, especially for a business that is there to help on what is considered to be one of the most stressful times in people's lives.)

I called Direct Movers to help move into an apartment across the street, they were friendly and respectful of my things and the move was prompt. Everything was wrapped and padded even though it was being moved the next street over. One of the couches couldn't fit out the door so it had to be moved through the window; Sean and Dima were extremely helpful and careful and the job was done without any complaints. I was very pleased with their service!
