I was very happy with the moving service I received from Vlad and Artem! They arrived right on time and worked quickly. They were very professional and before long I felt comfortable that my valued belongings were in good hands. I felt terrible that I had extremely underestimated how much stuff I had to move which literally doubled the time they were originally planning on. But like I said, they worked tirelessly to finish the job. I have already told many of my friends about this company and will definitely be hiring them again in the future. And not to mention they were by far the most affordable moving service I could find.

****edit: working with cube to work on this damage***Truck was only filled to 70% capacity - it could have fit more - we had to finish moving ourselves. There was a giant hill they had to walk up to load, props for that - this review is not the time it took to load/unload - only for damage and non-response from company. This review is only based on the damage that they did to the items.The team was friendly enough, we hired a three man, one truck. When I called to set up, I said "we have a giant hill" and "does someone want to come out to look before hand to make sure everything fits" when the team got to the house, they immediately said "not gonna fit - you need four man, two trucks..." the way they packed the truck - makes sense.

I used cube moving today, and Andrei and Aaron (?) provided moving services. I moved from a 1 bed ground level apt into a 2 story condo. the apt had 4 steps and a ramp, and the condo has a staircase. I had everything packed in boxes, except bed, desk, and dinner table requires disassembly. on a move I expected to take 3-4 hours total, it took 3.75 hours just to load the truck. even driving over to the new place took 45 min when it took me 20 (they said they stopped for gas). after an hour of moving stuff into the condo, I had them drop off everything in the living room because I was so fed up with them. the total time was 6.25 hours. they moved slow throughout the entire move, and for a business based on time, it was extremely frustrating. never using them again, and recommend against them for all moving purposes.Edit: I received an email and a call from James at 9:15 this morning on a Saturday explaining the situation. basically, the reasons were the distance that the movers had to walk (400 feet at pickup and 200 feet at drop off) were to account for the long time. when the movers arrived, I gave them the option of parking closer where there was more stairs vs farther with less stairs. he went on to explain that the movers are allowed 5 min breaks/hour, which is fine. the only reason why I had them subtract this from the move is because they told me they would take off these times. another reason that they said it took so long was because they were moving alcohol, and they have now changed their policy to no longer move it. overall, the call was 18 min, and I probably said about 50 words. In the end, I didn't appreciate such an early call on the weekend, especially since I just moved and was up all night unpacking. none of my stuff broke but it took a long time. next time, I'll skip the niceties and ask my friends.

I had a 3 man crew of Sergio, Anton, and Ruslan who were consummate pros.  They were moving my stuff (with exceptional care) from a 3 story house to a 10x15 storage space and did so expertly, without a hitch.  I was in awe of how efficient they were able to do this, with little direction needed from me.  I would use them again in a heartbeat!

Based on reviews and price, I chose Cube Moving for my move from my apt to my condo. Movers came on time (they gave a window of from 8:00-9:00am) at 8:05. I was expecting closer to 9:00 like when the cable company gives you a 4 hour range and then comes at the last minute, but it was great to get started earlier than I expected. They wrapped everything that needed to be wrapped and had the whole 600 square foot apartment moved in an hour!
