Cross Country Movers has been helping me move from San Diego to Chicago. Patrick is quick to respond, professional and detailed regarding estimates and move details. Jose was my foreman, and he and the guys were also very courteous, quick and handled my stuff with care. The detail that set my mind most at ease was that they use barcode labels with my details on them to track my moving inventory. They made a stressful process much easier thanks to their high quality of work and service!

Definitely recommend the cross country movers! To start off, I don't usually ever write reviews but my friend and I had such a positive experience, that I felt it needed to be stated. I used to do moving as a side job in high school, so I know how stressful it can be for both the movers and the movees- (you're basically entrusting all of your belongings with randos). But they totally minimized the stress of the moving experience. These movers were efficient, professional, and great to work with. Courteous crew, punctual and very considerate of her belongings. They explained the whole moving process thoroughly. And best of all they were quick to improvise. Again- highly recommend!

We are preparing for a job related move.  I called and was told I needed speak with a senior coordinator someone will call back in 10-15 mins.  Sure no problem. 5 hours later no call.  I called back reached a "senior coordinator" who apologized and said from now on I will be handling everything personally.  Great. Scheduled the In home estimate which could not have gone smoother on 4/20.  I called a week later as there was no estimate.  They will have my coordinator contract me.  2 weeks later still no estimate or reply.  I have found a much more responsive moving company to help with our long distance move.

My move with Matthew went great. I wanted to wait to write this review as I wanted to make sure they say they're as good as they seem to be. I can now officially say this is actually a 5 star company! They superseded all my expectations. The delivery window was a little wide but I guess that is the norm when moving in the middle of summer from the east coat.

When I had to move my stuff to San Marcos for college, I used Cross Country Movers. Over the phone they were friendly and courteous. They gave me a great estimate That I couldn't find at any other DECENT company. I'm sure there are guys out here that will throw your stuff in a truck and haul it to the bay for 50 bucks somewhere, but the quality just isn't the same. Moving day came and they were so careful with my stuff, it made me feel a bit bad about how I usually treated it. If it was my grandmothers rocking chair or a 6 dollar plywood bookshelf, it made no difference. These guys were Professional- yes with a capital P. The bay area is nice, and if i ever go back, I'll definitely call these guys again.
