I am writing this as the truck pulls away. I cannot believe how fantastic of a job Derold and Taylor did. I have been so stressed out with my move so I decided to put my hefty burden into their hands and they left me with a smile. They packed everything really well. Everything that was wooden went into blankets like my son's crib and changing table. And then were wrapped again in plastic. They barcoded and took pictures of everything and packed it all so well. I was honestly skeptical when I decided to try this company out because seeing all the great reviews I was pretty wary. But nonetheless. They BY FAR held up to those five stars and deserve every single one of them.The customer service over the phone was great. I must've called them like 20 times in the 4 days up to my move changing things and they never batted an eye. And the movers were very personable and helpful with tasks that weren't even meant for them to do. Oh! And they gave me a box to use later!  I needed one lol. I highly, highly recommend this company if you want a bunch of your crap taken away from your site. Don't second guess it. Just do it :)

Honestly, a terrible experience! Delivery went great, showed up during quoted time window. The real problem here is they lost 2 of my items. I called the service center and  was told a supervisor would contact me. I waited 5 minutes, called again and was told to hold. Suddenly a supervisor was there to help. Long story short and several hours later my items were found. Unfortunately, my desk leg was broken and they did offer to have me fix it and be somewhat reimbursed. A head of something or other is dropping off my other item tonight. Decided not to even take the desk as I wouldn't get it fixed and have to wait for reimbursement. Just sad this service didn't work out, really a great concept, but dropped the ball here, big time! Don't want to forget to mention the supervisor Sarah, who had to handle my 20+ phone calls and was the only one to find an answer, ever!

This is the third time I have used Clutter and the are still fabulous!  The customer service is personal and efficient. The movers have all been great and Adrian was no exception! He was nice, polite, fast and easy to connect with regarding arrival time. Using Clutter for as moving and storage option has been life-changing and reduced my stress about moving, storage and packing 100%. I have used Clutter in Orange County and San Diego and would only use this company anywhere I am in the future.

I was excited to find this service until I was quoted $420 a month just for storage. That's absolutely insane. Labor is good at $65 per service.

This company is legit.Ask yourself - how many times has your stuff been damaged by movers?  How many times has the moving company worked at a step and fetch it pace because they know it costs you more money? How many times have you tried to "save money" by renting a U-Haul and getting your friends to help you move only to feel like shit for the next week because you hurt yourself?Don't do any of the above by calling a second rate service. Clutter is THE BEST MOVING/STORAGE company I've ever seen or dealt with. They treat all of your stuff with care. They move quickly but not recklessly. They are considerate of you and the time you're paying for. Their customer service - both on the phone and while on the job site are top notch. I've talked to Sebastian on the phone, as well as Danielle and they will go out of their way to accommodate you. Carlos on the moving team is F'N legit. That dude is a straight up moving God. He knows all the tricks to save you money and protect your stuff. His team of Adolfo and Robert are hosses. Those guys rocked it out!  I am never calling another moving or storage company again. For 3 month mins they will move your stuff into storage for $350/month. No additional fees for the 1st hour of moving. Each additional hour you pay $35/ mover. Additional pickups are free if 1 guy can do it. If it's more than 1, you pay a flat $35/mover. Drop offs are free. What a great company. Why would anyone use any other company?  Screw U-Haul and their ghetto trucks and go right to Clutter!!!
