24/7 Moving and Storage

I have moved 4 countries, and 3 states in the last 6 years,  and 24/7 moving and storage has by far been the best/easiest company I have dealt with. We moved a 1,000 sqft - 1 bedroom apartment from Gaslamp San Diego into a 600 sqft studio in Long Beach California on June 15th 2017, and here is how it went:2 guys: Nick and Ishi showed up exactly at promised time of 9am in the size of truck they promised: 18ft truck. Load in/ Transporting: They came very well prepared with blankets, boxes, wraps, and straps. We had already done our due diligence, and had wrapped each and every piece of furniture and box in industrial grade stretch plastic wrap on top of bubble wrap the day before(saved us 5 hours of paid labor, and gave me an ease of mind from damaged furniture) so the move was fairly simple where all Nick and Ishi had to do was the heavy lifting :PBut I was very impressed how careful they were in loading our stuff onto the truck, ensuring that every item was neatly stored with lots of cushioning and securing even the smallest thing down properly onto the truck. They started loading up at 9:15am, finished the load in around 11:30am, drove the truck to Long Beach, and arrived at the new apartment at 2:30pm, and finished unloading at 4:30pm. I did have to pay for the time it took them to drive back to San Diego: additional 2.5 hours, but that is apparently an industry standard. (Called around, and every company had the same policy)Load out: Nick and Ishi were very diligent in handling all our furniture. Very courteous and professional about my wife's request of moving boxes to different areas of the apartment and etc. since we were going from a large 1bedroom to a small studio, we really tested their skills and patience of arranging items and placing them neatly. The results were impressive to say the least. Overall: good company, very easy to coordinate and deal with. Professional movers that look the part and know their work. Would recommend and consider for our next move. Good luck with your move.  Moving tip: buy $200 worth of packing supplies - blankets, bubble wrap, plastic stretch rolls and wardrobe boxes and start packing EVERYTHING with them at least 2 days before the move. you will save $1,000 on movers having to pack for you, and most importantly, you will have ease of mind.

Decided to switch to 24/7 moving after a recommendation from a friend and we are glad we did. Nick and Egor showed up 10 minutes early and they were extremely professional. They did a great Job making sure to protect all of our items and were very careful moving around walls. We will definitely be using them again.

We had issues with them regarding the move time... however, everything was fixed. BUT we just hung our expensive nice TV and something was obviously hit against it and now it's BROKEN!!!!! We are FUMING!! Do not use this company - we are sick to our stomachs

Vitaliy and Anton were awesome. They were fast and nice and careful with our items. They helped us move house in under 5 hours!!

Everyone was great! Alex explained everything by phone and gave a competitive rate. At first I decided I would do all the packing, but later I changed my mind.  I asked if we can change the date to one day earlier and also have the movers pack the remaining items and they accommodated my request.  The movers were efficient and easy to work with.  Great experience all around!
