Established in 2006. After running our junk removal business (1-800-Got-Junk?), we decided to open our You Move Me location to help raise the bar and client experience in the moving industry. We set out to add the «Wow Factor» into businesses that were otherwise ordinary.

Was very worried about my upcoming move- both getting my place packed up and then moving it all from LA to San Diego. Found You Move Me and THEY TOOK CARE OF IT ALL!Rey and his crew showed up, introduced themselves to me immediately, and then spent the next two days getting me all packed and moved in. The guys were friendly, hard working, and never seemed to run out of gas- they just kept working until the job was done. As soon as Rey walked into my place, he said "oh this will be easy", which put my nerves to rest!Important to note- i was very impressed with how well they packed everything. All the furniture were wrapped with blankets, every dish was individually wrapped. Highly recommend using them (ask for Rey if you're in LA)- they're worth every penny to make sure moving isn't a headache!

DO NOT USE YOU MOVE ME. They raised their quote on me, broke my bed, left entire ROOMS unpacked, threw all my bed hardware away, and so much more. I had to deal with hiring movers last minute with a newborn baby and pay double the rate to come to my house and finish the job. Worst of all is no one from the franchise will call me back and i've been calling almost every day for 4 weeks. Extremely unprofessional. I wish I never used this company it has put me out of pocket over a thousand dollars and no one cares enough to even call me back. I will be reporting this to the BBB. Companies like this should not profit. Terrible.

I called this company back after two years to move me again and I was very disappointed that none of the people I worked with last time like John who was terrific is no longer there and on top of it they will only work hourly and it went from a fresh and refreshing personable moving company to a big franchise, the guy on the phone was a bit rude and condescending when I told him how I feel and hung up on me when I told him I don't think I want to work with them in this case....I am calling someone else.

I use my regular moves with Rey and Chris. Moving is tough when you live in a big city. I try to make it easy as possible for myself and the movers. I move about once a year. These guys has always been a great help. Thanks again You Move Me! See you guys soon!

Jason and Joseph recently moved me from my home in with my boyfriend. They were VERY VERY fast, efficient, and took care of my things very well! They came in UNDER BUDGET which never happens as most know, and they moved during some rain and having to deal with a TON of steps. zero complaints. I highly recommend them. was was a girl moving alone and was terrified for the day to come but they made it so easy for me!thank you guys!
