1) Super simple to make an appointment with West Coast East Coast Movers. I even needed to contrast rates and different moving companies so I was somewhat reluctant at first. The front desk manager I talked with said to get back to them whenever I want with no pressure. They appeared to be truly flexible! 2) My appt was at 10 AM, they called me at around 9:15 AM and said they were leaving their warehouse. Arrived even 10 minutes earlier3) With each move, I anticipate a little harm to furniture; particularly since my new residence was really tight. I have not noticed even a ding on my furniture. Nothing excessively insane by any means, they took care of my furniture with care. 4) Extremely persevering. David and Chris were moving quick and never eased up! My employment kept going ~ 5 hours, I was impressed!! 5) sadly my love seat didn't make it into my new residence since it was too huge to fit through an entryway. They offered to take it to their stockroom however my homeowner was sufficiently thoughtful to make room. In any case, I'm super appreciative for the choice. Likewise, after they were done, I understood I may be in an ideal situation having it wrapped and put it to the storage room... They returned and wrapped it!All in all, my move was great and I'm super appreciative for West Coast East Coast Movers diligent work and complete. They transformed stressful day into a breeze! Super grateful! Exceptional thanks to David, this person really knows what he's doing!

West Coast East Coast Movers are absolutely the best! I would honestly recommend them to everyone reading this review. Seriously, if you are looking to do as little as possible when moving, without having to spend a whole fortune, this is the go-to company. I see that pretty much everyone who left a review agrees with me. I mean seriously, isn't that enough of a guarantee? These guys really managed to make moving enjoyable. If I ever have to do this again, I will definitely go with them. I had just broken up with my long term girlfriend and was really looking to make a change in my life. So after some time I thought what the heck, might as well get my own place. Well, that was the easy part. At first I wanted to do it all by myself. So naive hahaha. When I realized I couldn't, I decided to spit out some money and hire professionals.After having thought about what moving company to choose for a short while, I gave West Coast East Coast Movers a call. Ever since that call I knew I was right to do that. The quality of service by them has been outstanding. They managed to find the perfect balance between being chill and professional. We agreed that they would pack and protect the furniture, store it for a bit to give me some time to prepare everything, and then transport it and help me unpack. They explained the entire process, set the moving date, and gave me an awesome rate. I couldn't have been more excited. I mean, this whole new life I had been planning for myself suddenly became real, and it's all thanks to these guys. They take their job super seriously and work hard to provide great services. It was obvious they wanted me to be satisfied.They saw I was worried about having them pack my computer. I mean, it's not just any computer. I had made it myself and customized it, so I would have hated if anything happened to it. But they obviously knew their stuff. They unassembled it perfectly, exactly the way I would have done it. And obviously, they wrapped it into infinite bubble wrap, put it all in separate boxes. I was impressed. The computer arrived completely undamaged and I honestly felt like that was the happiest moment of my life hahahah There hasn't been one moment of stress throughout the entire process. I seriously can't recommend them enough. Just continue working this way guys, and you'll stay the best in the business for sure. Thank you West Coast East Coast Movers! I recently moved from Southern CA to Cleveland, and had a very positive experience with West Coast East Coast Express. I was sold by the guaranteed quote, which only changes if what you're shipping changes--be specific when you list out what you need moved and you'll be fine. The movers were late on both ends, but not egregiously so--especially considering Southern California traffic. Despite the late hour (the movers arrived around 8 PM on both ends) they were courteous, thorough, and efficient. I didn't get the sense that they just wanted to finish the job and get home. Instead of being angry about my three-month-old puppy yapping at them while they worked, the movers in Cleveland actually played with him while I did the paperwork. The only issue I had with my move was that I had a small (maybe 30") TV that broke--it was disassembled incorrectly--everything else came through the cross-country move fine! I wasn't going to make an issue of the TV, but the company followed up with me and gave me the cash I needed to replace the TV, no questions asked. So, great service all the way around. I would definitely use West Coast East Coast Express again.

My friend recommended me this company and my experience was awesome! I would totally call this place if I ever move again. I did not have a lot of stuff to move but I could not believe how quick and clean they moved my stuff. They were also asking me how I want my pictures frames to be wrapped, which I liked about them. Not only that but also, they were really careful putting the boxes in their vehicle instead of just dumping it there. Over all, I loved my experience with them, I recommend this company to everyone!I loved how one of the guy who helped me was cracking some jokes too, the movers are actually really nice and friendly. I see that they want their clients to be happy with their experience with this company. They were not just stubborn and angry to be working lifting heavy furniture in the heavy sunlight. I understand moving is not an easy job but if it your occupation you have to do it enjoyably, or else all of your customers could tell it is forced and not genuine. That was not a problem with these gentlemen, very happy with their service.Things were not really going our way towards the beginning of the whole move, the elevator had shut down and the weather had been at its highest compared to the whole week. The conditions under which the movers were working were definitely not the best, however they did their best to strive through the sweat and fatigue to complete their job. We were so grateful to have been assigned these gentlemen out of everyone else in their company.Within days of them arriving to our house we had completed the entire packing and loading process at our place, the rest was on them to transport and ship everything to our new home location.They assured us that all of our belongings would arrive safely and without damage in our new home the day of our landing is scheduled. Thankfully they held true to their word and we arrived yesterday and have already begun the unpacking process.The highlight of the entire move was when we finally received all of our things, the amount of excitement we all felt to begin opening our boxes and deciding how to organize our rooms was second to none. The movers had put everything in the boxes and crates so neatly that it was no trouble at all to untape and unwrap everything. The clothing was all separate from the electronics and this made things so much easier to recognize, also making the process of figuring out what to put where easier. Without thinking twice about it I would vouch to use these guys for any move I have in the future, I would honestly hope they would have a branch in any area I live in. They helped us get a cheap storage unit too for a lot of our stuff that would not fit in our new home. The amount of experience they truly have reflects in their work, including their clear cut communication styles. They were able to make the headache that moving is into an easy and arguably fun process, thanks much for everything.

I have called many companies previously and never really got the service I really wanted from them and never got satisfied. Last time i called a moving company for help which ended up putting a scratch on my brand new refrigerator I bought before moving. I was very disappointed. This time moving i did my research and found this company. At first i was very scared to give them a try and wanted to ask my friends and family for help, but i finally decided to give them a try. From the first call the receptionist was very kind and professional on the phone. I got a little reassurance that they might do a great job and satisfy me. I decided a day to do the moving and they scheduled me right at the times I am available. They asked me a few questions to know i guess how many people are needed on that day to make the moving easier. They arrived on the day of the moving and told me all the prices and deals they had and kind of explained why I'm paying the amount I am paying. They first estimate and look around how much work has to be done and after give you a price that's what i liked about them. They don't charge you a lot just for not much work to do. I can say that they even did more work than the amount I paid them for. They assured me that the moving will be successful and i should not worry about anything. After a little of seeing their work i started to trust them that they will do a great job. All I can say is these guys are amazing. They legit took my piano and my dining table and stuff down stairs and to my new apartment in about 2 hours which was a bit shocking for me because of how much work and driving they had to do. They sure surprised me with the great job and customer service they provided me with. I really appreciate these guys for showing me what a real moving company is capable of. You sure have gained my trust and will for sure only call you for all my moving needs.
