I had a great experience with Warner Burbank Movers!  I called on a Thursday and was able to schedule a move for Saturday.  The guys showed up at 9 am on the dot, and were very professional and fast!  We worked with Dmitriy, Konstantine & Artur.  They were very careful, nothing was damaged, and they really worked hard for us.  I would call them again in a second, and I would recommend them to anyone planning a move.

Alex, Vadim, and Balto did an awesome job with our move. They were nice and very efficient. Will definitely go back to these guys next time.

BEWARE!!  They will give you a quote, then charge your credit card and INCREASE the price after the booking.I'm really disappointed in my experience with this moving company because based on all the positive reviews on Yelp I was expecting a much better experience.  I called last week and got a quote from James who gave me a thorough explanation of the process and the quote for my moving date.  He seemed really knowledgable and I felt comfortable with this moving company, but as this was the first quote I'd received, I wasn't ready to book the move and told him I'd call back later.I called back a week later and spoke to Emma and received the same quote for the same move date.  Great, I thought, they haven't changed their prices, which were $20/hr cheaper than any other mover I've called!  I asked her a few questions, and as the process went on it got more and more frustrating.  First, when I spoke to James last week he asked me the size of my house and general questions about my belongings and he said it would take no more than 3 hours to move me.  I thought this was strange since every other mover quoted 5-8 hours for a 2 bedroom house but he seemed so sure.  When I spoke to Emma, though, she refused to give me an average amount of time that it takes to move a two bedroom house, and when I pushed the issue she said that it would take 4-7 hours but she had no explanation why James quoted almost half that and didn't even know who James was.  I realize that nobody can say how exactly how long it will take, but any mover should have enough experience to estimate how long it will take for a given house size (that's why it's called an ESTIMATE!).  Once I agreed to proceed with the booking and confirmed the price and date, it was like pulling teeth trying to give her my information.  She made me repeat my current and new address at least 3 times each.  When we got past this frustration, she asked for my credit card for a $50 deposit.  I gave it to her, we hung up, and then a few minutes later I got the confirmation email.  To my dismay, the email had the WRONG date and the WRONG address (after confirming it 3 times over the phone).  A couple of minutes later I get another email with the correct day, but the price is $10/hr higher.  Emma calls me a few minutes later and apologizes that the first email she sent had the wrong date on it.  I said, well what about the wrong address and price?  She acted surprised, then looked into it and said that the price on the date I chose was higher.  I said, no, the price you quoted me and what we agreed on over the phone for the moving date I chose was $10 cheaper, and I gave authorization to charge my credit card based on the assumption that I would be charged that rate.  It is FRAUDULENT to charge someone's credit card a deposit based on a mutually agreed-upon rate, then change it after the fact.  She put me on hold for about 30 seconds to supposedly talk to her manager and then came back and said there's nothing she can do and the price is the price.  I asked why she quoted me a different price 5 minute earlier and charged my credit card based on that price, and after she couldn't explain it I demanded to speak to the manager, and was told that the manager was on the phone.  Really, she literally just asked the manager a question and now he/she is already on the phone?  I told Emma to make sure the manager knows I will cancel this booking if she doesn't let me speak to him, and she came back and said that I am welcome to cancel the booking but there is nothing she can do and the manager won't call me back.  Needless to say, I'm not about to trust strangers to move my valuables when I can't even get good customer service or honesty over the phone and when a manager refuses to speak to concerned customers.  I cancelled the booking right then and there.  My credit card still shows a pending charge, so we'll see if that reverses in the next 24 hours or I may have to file fraud charges with my credit card company.  Emma needs to be disciplined or fired for giving false information, charging my credit card based on this false information, and then refusing to let me speak to the manager.  She knows absolutely nothing about their services and her reply to almost every question I asked her was "I don't know".   Now that I look back, everything this company told me is a lie, starting from when the first employee told me with extreme confidence that it would only take 3 hours to move, when every other quote I got from 5 other companies estimated 5-8 hours.  It's just a bait and switch tactic to get you to book with them thinking you'll be done in half the time, then you can't do anything about it when it takes 4 hours longer and you're watching your bank account drain another $500.The actual movers may be good once you get past the fraudulent booking process, but I'll never know.  I'm back to the drawing board trying to find an honest mover (that sounds like an oxymoron!).
