DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES! The most horrible experience!!! I will NEVER in my life again! And even if they would be the only moving company in LA I'd rather move myself then hiring them!First, there appeared two terribly stinking Russians. Nobody expected them to smell like right after the SPA, but our appointment was first thing in the morning and their smell was as if they didn't shower for the entire week already!Second, the movers forgot to bring the wrapping paper (and we had a lot of glass, some delicate sculptures and a couple of big mirrors).Third, when I asked if they can wrap one special wooden sculpture (from soft type of wood) into the blanket to prevent any dents the man called Alex brassily asked me to step away and let him do his job! I wasn't ready for such an attitude and stumbled. I didn't talk to them almost for the entire time while they were loading our furniture.Forth, when my husband asked them to be careful while wrapping our glasses (remember, they didn't have a wrapping paper) the same Alex barked something like I know how to do my job, and why are we so rude to him? I was shocked!! Not only my husband offered them some refreshing drinks before, but he also was packing and doing all the hard work they were supposed to do and were payed for!I asked them to chill and keep doing their business and the same Alex growled at me that he doesn't want to hear a word from me and that he's going to deal only with him (pointing with his finger on my husband), since he's the one who is paying and I'm just a woman and have to shut up !!!!!  I was about to punch the f***er for such an impudence! Not only he dared to come to my home and open his dirty mouth, but also to insult me as a person, as a woman and as a hostess! I have my husband and our neighbor as whitenesses of this precedent.Fifth, to move our one bedroom for literally 5 blocks they took forever. They charge hourly and they were moving our already pre-packed (!) stuff since 9am till 6pm!! They were specially carrying one piece per time on the way from our old apartment to the truck and from the truck to our new apartment. Even a woman can carry two chairs at the time and that sturdy was just walking back and forth to make it longer.Sixth, they were discussing us and making fun of us. I know Russian language and can perfectly understand them and heard all they were talking behind our backs.I usually don't write feedbacks, but this time I won't keep silence and here you have my honest advice: for goodness sake don't hire these movers! Otherwise you risk to be insulted and treated like a piece of s***t at the comfort of your own home by people whom you pay your hard earned money.

My sister and I were extremely happy with their service. They called to confirm the day before and have us a heads up before they arrived on the day off.They were on top of things and packed things quickly and carefully. They were very patient even though we had a 2 1/2 year old running around and trying to help them move things.Overall it was a great experience and I highly recommend them!

My wife and I moved from a one bedroom in Palms to two bedroom in Torrance (15 miles) I called a number I found on a Craig's list ad and spoke to Stan.  Stan confirmed he had availability on my move date and asked me to email him all my move details. Shorty after sending the email , I received a replied confirmation from Stan along with terms and costs. The day before my move date , I received a voicemail confirmation and email confirmation that the move was planned for next day. Stan showed up 15 minutes early and they gave me a contact to sign. We went through the contract together, seamed like a standard moving contact. They quickly got everything into the truck. The truck was clean and professionally equipped. We met Stan at our new place about thirty five minutes after we left Palms.  They made no stops and made no detours. They unloaded quickly and placed everything in the places my wife and I asked. Everything arrived undamaged and clean. These gentlemen were professional, respectful, responsible, provided great communication and were clean about their business. Both my wife and I felt very comfortable Stan and team.I feel that I got a good service at a good price.  I would not hesitate to hire these guys again.

The easiest move I have ever experienced. I needed help moving from the 12th floor in an old building with one elevator and 1 staircase. I moved to a two story building with stairs and no elevator. All I had to do was to tell these guys what I needed done and where it needed to go and I was not asked a single question. Thy figured it out and accomplished the goal flawlessly. They were fast and careful with my belongings.

This is an honest review from what I had experienced. Alex and his 2 workers came to help move me to a new place 8 mins away. I walked him and his crew through my house of items to move. I told him anything in the closets are not to be moved. I walked him through the garage and showed him the rest of the items. Next we signed the contract. He did disclose there is a charge for using shrink wrap. What he didn't disclose was they use it regardless of asking me if I wanted them to and however amount. When Alex got to the moving of the bedroom stuff he was in my room. He said he had wardrobe boxes I can put my clothes in (hence I did not pack any clothes up since I just wanted them to move the real heavy items to cut time and cost). I told him at first no I can do those later.  He kept in insisting and that it will save me time.  So I gave in since I only have 2 days left to turn in my keys.  I told him I don't want my closet to be packed but he can pack my daughters' room. I walked away again to do something and my husband came after me saying why is Alex packing our closet. So I go back and tell Alex don't pack my closet. I had very important items stored there so I didn't want anyone touching it other than me. I went to close my closet door. Alex finished up my room and then went to my daughters' room next. He packed all their stuff from the closet into the wardrobe boxes. In between packing I have to say Alex was constantly on the phone. He would try packing and loading stuff with one hand since other hand was holding cell phone. Him and his crew constantly took smoke breaks.  At first I didn't mind but it happened every 30 mins or so. Hey it's my money they are using for this since I'm being charged by the minute. I should have said something but the nice and reserve person I am I didn't.  I even gave them water since it was a very hot day. Fast forward they are almost done 4 hours later, I have a 2 bedroom house, I saw some rolled up nickels on my kitchen cabinet. I asked my husband where that came from.  He said the 2 guys (not Alex) gave it to him as they found it outside. That was when it hit me! I had hid my daughters' rolled up coins in their closet shelf! Not thinking anything and trusting the movers had put it in one of the wardrobe boxes I'll get it when I unload at the new house (had to unload so box can be returned to them). Left old house to meet Alex at new house and literally my alley was filled with cigarette butts! Fast forward to the unloading of the wardrobe boxes at my new place.  Could not find the rolled up coins! It was in a clear plastic box that is a good size to find easily. I let this go and didn't say anything to Alex as I didn't want to come out accusing of theft.  I ended up paying about 6.5 hours! Over $700 spent. $165 was for the shrink wrap! I should have got credited for their breaks they took. I understand a quick minute or two but each break was about 15 mins long (i had timed m after seeing too many).  For a 2 bedroom house that was a lot of time to move!  Too much. My last movers did under 3 hours.  I think what happen was since I was their only customer that day that they took their time.  I mean the number of breaks and lagging they did....I had to pay for it. Not fair but what was worst was stealing from a 7 and 5 year old. I ended up not finding the coins so I texted Alex the day or so after and he finally confirmed his crew saw it in the back truck. How the heck did it get in the back truck if it was to have been in one of the wardrobe box!!?  He said he'll return to me after the 10th of September since he was busy. It is now way after the 10th of September and have not return then to us. I will be making a police report since the amount is well over $200. Very sad situation.  When a parent have to lie to their children that their money was used for the house when in fact the movers stole it. I believe it did not fall back in the truck but they tried stealing it since things don't just "fall" out of a box! As heavy as that plastic box was with all those coins....they would have heard it falling out...if it had legs to fall out!  Please do not use these movers.  If they have the heart to steal from kids who knows what other stuff they may steal.  I am at the point I am done playing this game with Alex. I had even offered to go to him to get the coins any time of the day and he said he was too busy! Pathetic!  Alex I hope you read this review.  You said you had kids that are my children's age. I hope they don't have to go through what my kids are going through. I showed them how to save for something they have been wishing to go to all their lives (disneyland) and you come to take that away.  What you took I hope it back fires on you tenfolds! On our part we will get back tenfolds and more of what you took! Hopefully you spend that money on your kids and not on your cheap vodka! Making a police report tomorrow afternoon.
