I hired TB movers to help me move from Manhattan to Union City, NJ (2 guys and a 16 foot truck).  They did a great overall job.  They were quick and efficient.  One of my fears were that any mover you hire would take their sweet time working in order to rack up the total hours worked and milk me for all my money.  They did no such thing.  They moved quickly and seemed very honest.I did not request to have my furniture wrapped or packed with bubble wrap since i really didn't have anything expensive.  I am sure if you ask them to wrap up your goods they will do so.  My main goal was to have everything done quickly, for cheap, and not feel like I am being hustled.  I didn't feel uneasy with them.Prices were extremely reasonable. $60 an hour with a flat $60 travel fee.   You also have to cover their tolls (tolls are more expensive for trucks than cars, keep that in mind).  I also used them at end end of the month.  I'm sure if you move in the middle of the month, during their down time it would be even cheaper.

I just have to say TB movers is a must when you are making a move.  Between school, work, kids and having to move I was stressed out of my mind.  I was going to try to move myself to save money but then asked around and found out that TB Movers had a special running that was perfect for me.  I was only moving 30 minutes away but still would have taken me forever to pack, move, and un pack.  They are a true life saver company.  After calling them and giving them my information, immediately they made me feel relaxed and at ease.  I see why they are known for excellent customer service.  My furniture, antiques, and other items were delivered on time and in perfect condition.  I never expected such amazing service from a moving company.  I will without a shadow of a doubt recommend this moving company to my friends and family.  I am 110% a satisfied Customer.  If someone from TB Movers is reading this, I want to thank you again for your truly perfect service.  I can't tell you how much it means to me to know that you treated my things as if they were yours.  : )

I agree with every single positive review written about TB. I just had to send a moving company home last week because they went to the wrong address, were rude when they arrived and wouldn't listen to anything we told them. I then rescheduled with TB a few days later. They were the opposite of everything we had previously experienced. We moved a small office from one building with a small freight elevator to another with no freight elevator at all. They never complained but instead went about their work as quickly as possible and finished in way less time than I ever imagined.

Worst experience EVER - movers didn't show up, owner had no idea where they were and then stopped answering the phone. Movers called 2 and a half hours later, after the job was done - totally inconvenient and stressful. NEVER USE THESE GUYS.
