Moved my piano down a flight of stairs very gently. Piano moving is so difficult. I'm really impressed and they were really friendly too!

I don't know how this place has such a high rating, they messed up my bed and couldn't understand anything I was saying, one of the guys would just say okay to everything I asked and then do the complete opposite. I regretted hiring this company the second I walked outside to let them in. It was probably the worst experience moving that I've ever had. They were incredibly unorganized and they made every single thing so difficult. Unless you speak fluent Russian, I wouldn't recommend them.

Just had a great experience with super movers. Quick response from their dispatch her via the Craigslist add.   My team was Danny and the crew. They arrived a little late but was no problem, they got to work quickly and surprisingly fit the whole 3 bedroom house in their 18ft truck. They even helped me take a part one of the beds. The unload took long but only because of the stairs. Whole thing took about 5 hours. I would definitely recommend them. There's no way I could have done this without some help and they were great.

I used this company to move a fridge I purchased on Craigslist. I found Super Movers on Craigslist too and I must admit part of me was afraid they weren't legit and would disappear with my fridge, haha. Thankfully they were great, I was able to schedule the pick up and delivery for the very next day, they arrived in the window they specified for pick up and delivered it to my place and installed it with no problem!

I originally chose this company because they were to only ones out of the 5 I contacted that provided good front end customer service. I packed everything myself. They were to arrive at 7:30am and got there at 9:45. Whatever, everyone is late in L.A. We told them that we had our own truck so if there was anything that didn't fit in their truck or they didn't want to handle, we would prefer they tell us and we would move it ourselves.They ran out of blankets and wrapping protectant near the end and instead of telling us that and letting us decide whether to move the rest or not they put our brand new custom patio set in the truck unprotected. As you can imagine the paint finish was scratched all to hell (see pictures). It took nearly a month to get the girl, victoria, to come to the house to discuss "compensation". After rescheduling twice and having wasted an entire day waiting for her, she finally showed up with a bucket of paint to "touch up" the scratches. When I told her this was not adequate compensation for a brand new $4000 set, her response was "you got this in february? and it's rusted already. so it's not that big a deal." :|So she left without compensating us in any way for the damages they did to our furniture, because "that's all we ever do is touch up paint". Thanks for nothing!
