The ladies just left and did a great job. They were here exactly when they said they'd be and were efficient and friendly. I was expecting them to take much longer but they got right into the work and even finished early! Antoinette kept asking if there was anything else she could do but they got it all done so quickly that I ran out of stuff to give them. She didn't try to up sell me or drag out the time. Everything was wrapped very carefully and labelled clearly. I would definitely recommend them...she even told me where to get cheap packing supplies a few days ahead of time. If anyone has given them a bad review, it's probably bc they didn't want to pay. They were professional, fast and flexible with my dates.

Antoinette  and Francai came to my home on Wednesday, February 10, 2016, to help me pack and organize.They neglected to tell me that they did not know what they were doing. They over-packed and over-wrapped several paintings, using 6 times the packing materials necessary, then they took other crystal vases, and stacked them inside each other, without any protection at all, placing them in a brown grocery bag. After they left my home, charging me over $525.00, I found a number of pieces hidden in a hall closet, that they had intended to take for themselves, without my consent. In my book, that is called stealing. They did not know what they were doing, and told me beforehand that they learned that if they called themselves "professional organizers," they could charge more than a housekeeper gets.Upon leaving my home, they sped to the nearest bank to cash my check, knowing that it was a matter of time before I would stop payment on the check. They have no intention of returning the funds without a court order.  I am headed to the courthouse today.  Beware.Please save yourself a great deal of heartache and frustration. Do not, under any circumstances, hire these two women to help you pack. Instead, go to the National Association of Professional Organizers, and hire a genuine, professional organizer, who knows what he or she is doing.Good luck.

The most stressful times in life are death, divorce, suddenly discovering you're out of chocolate ice cream and the myriads of unending headaches that tie you up before, during and after moving. I've moved so many times in my life, I'm now to the point that I'd rather not have anything to do with it at all, but after finding Antoinette and Francai, they just swoop right on in and take so much stress and frustration right out of your hands. They care about you, your belongings and they never complain! They seem to always be smiling. They are a great team. I'd award them the Gold Medal if there was an Olympic Event in packing, unpacking and organizing. I will never move anywhere without their help ever again. I feel as though I've made two new friends. We laughed all day long. They take a grueling, difficult, brain-busting unending task and turn it in to a giant game of household Tetris. They have brilliant ideas, an answer for each one my silly questions and they work HARD. They are truly talented and it's very rare to find great customer service. Antoinette and Francai have got it all goin on. I could not have gotten through this most recent move without them. Do yourself a huge favor and give yourself the gift of their talent and skill. I'm so very glad I did. I know you will, too. From the moment I met these wonderful ladies, I knew they were heaven sent; I kept looking for their angel wings to pop out!
