This was my first good experience with a moving company. Booking the move was a breeze - the mover was polite and simply got all the information he required and gave me their rates. On moving day, the guys arrived on time and were also very polite and pleasant the entire day. They worked hard and without any breaks for the next 5 hrs. We had to stop at a storage unit to pick up more furniture and boxes before moving on to our new house. Although we took different routes and were paying by the hour, the guys showed up right behind us and didn't seem to break for lunch or pit-stops while we were separated.

The guys are amazing and very nice. They took the time to find out what items are most important and gave us the opportunity to take what we wanted to and pack the rest. They were extremely careful with everything (except 1 small furniture drop on our hardwoods that they took off the price of the move to fix). They also did an exceptional job in clearly marking the boxes with the room and exactly what was in them.  It made it so easy to figure out what to unpack first and what to keep boxed up. The move was not easy and we had several very heavy pieces that they had to move up a steep stairway. They also gladly rearranged the furniture for me until I liked it in the room.

They were great but the only problem with them is they are so busy. I took the driver and the two guys that were moving. I only had a few things to move. They were careful, they did it on time. It turned out to be a real perfect situation. Whoever calls them should call way in advance if they have to move because they are so busy. The price was fabulous.

Getting to postpone the planned move was very easy. Move buddies answered the telephone at any time, came out and gave us a price for our move. I was very impressed with the front-end processing move. The movers arrived early and immediately went to work loading the truck and be clear on what could and could not go. Was very polite and seemed willing to do everything that needs to be done. Using the moving office called several times to be sure that progress is on top. I did not hesitate and told them that we were good to go. On unloading at the porters were laughing and keeps a good company due to the unloading of the truck. Very good company, recommend them to all.

They did a very fast job of moving all our furniture and boxes into their truck, and after storing everything for 7 months, they delivered all the boxes to our new home and set up the furniture.I expected some damage/breakage during the move and was very pleased that nothing was broken. I did find a few scrapes that were not there before. It appears some of the wood may have scraped against the white walls of the storage unit but I'll be able to remove the paint scrapes and will use stain removing polish to cover up some scratches.Considering that they moved glass antique cabinets and mirrored picture frames, I was very impressed. The young men who work for the company are very professional and take as much care as I would, maybe more. I highly recommend Ryder Moving Company. You will not be disappointed.
