It's been a great experience working with Richard. My renovation project ran into a little snag and one of the kitchen walls was not finished in time for the install. Richard was very patient and accommodating. He did what he could during the first visit and then came back a second time to install the remaining cabinets, then a third visit after the flooring had been installed to install the toe kicks and finish off the miscellaneous items. Richard's experience and thoughtfulness were evident for my project. Not only did he save me money by letting me know what items could be returned, he also pointed out a mistake by the IKEA designer (she put in the wrong cabinet size) so I could return and re-buy. If he had just installed everything without paying attention to the details I'd have ended up with mismatched cabinets!

My wife and I bought a house and determined Ikea cabinets were right for us, we loved the customization options and the flexibility of not knowing exactly what we wanted and being able to adjust later.I found Richard on Yelp and asked him for a quote via email, he was responsive and gave me an initial quote. I had reached out to a few other installers and found myself to be most comfortable with moving forward with Richard.First off, he genuinely knows his stuff, he is on site doing the install, this was a pleasant surprise. He was able to knock out almost the entire install the first day. He was extremely fair on pricing, helped me with a discount on the installation of my lights and genuinely seemed concerned that we were happy with the install. He went above and beyond to execute on this job and understood how important kitchen remodels are. I've have made some mistakes during the Rennovation of my house, Richard and RTC was the single most pleasant parter that we worked with, and there were many.After the completion of my install I found myself going to Ikea to pick up some misc. and as I saw people shopping the kitchens I found my self having to restrain my self from referring them to Richard(would have been awkward), but he's a super cool guy that you will be comfortable having in your home. He was clean, efficient, great value, didn't damage anything, and understand of the situation and how concerned we were about everything being correct, he also noted some flaws in the work my general contractor had made... Unfortunately he only does cabinets :/    Do yourself a favor and reach out to him before picking an installer.

Richard installed our IKEA cabinets with such professionalism and attention to detail! He was able to provide a reasonable quote in advance (based on our provided layout) and was patient with us having to reschedule our appointments due to contractor delays. His experience with Semihandmade saved our cabinets from potential damage by advising us on how to properly store them. I would recommend RTC over any other local IKEA cabinet installer due to professionalism. I had previously contacted other recommended installers of which one provided a quote only to never respond to my calls or emails later. The others never returned my calls. Highly recommend Richard!!

Richard and his crew are the ULTIMATE in professionalism and service!!!We had a complex IKEA install that required a couple of return visits and they were VERY accommodating to our needs.  And, when we needed assistance for a PAX system install, they were extra accommodating to help us during a visit to the Desert for another customer's install.If you are considering an IKEA install, USE RTC SERVICES!!!  There are so many parts and variables with the kitchens ... these guys know their stuff and will save you HUNDREDS of hours installing your kitchen.  And, they did some "on the fly" corrections to the original design and parts that made our kitchen SO much better!!5 Stars PLUS for RTC for their services!!!!Thank you Richard et. al.!!!

Richard and his team are the BEST! I will use them for all of my IKEA install projects.I had IKEA design team plan out my kitchen. I was considering having IKEA do install but their timeframe was 8 weeks! I called Richard and he could do the install much sooner (and was also more affordable then IKEA's quote!). His team did an amazing job and walked me through what they were going to do before the process. Richard was super responsive, punctual, no haggling, etc. Old school, truly great service. In addition, Richard saved me hundreds of dollars in extra IKEA panels etc that I didn't need. He left it all neatly out for me and it was easy to return. All of the savings he gave me allowed me to get a new fridge!Lastly, Richard came back for minor adjustments and touch ups at no cost. Some of the issues were caused by other contractors and he fixed them anyways.Definitely the best service and professionalism I have seen in a long time.
