I wish there was a way to give them negative stars. Highly ridiculous people. If you don’t want to waste your money and property then do not go with them.

They quote me close to $4000 over the phone and ended up charging me $10000 for moving my stuff.

Which they didn’t even move. They left all my stuff in my apartment garage because the guy who came was too tired to move it to our house and set it up. Then he messaged and said that he will move the stuff to our house the next day and he didn’t turn up and when questioned he started using abusive language and said that he will not come to move our stuff to our house and that his job here is done.

Whenever you try to call the company it goes to voicemail no matter what time of the day you call. They don’t respond to emails once they get your deposit money.

Please don’t fall for the lower price as you will end up paying more for sure.

I recently got promoted within my company and needed to relocate from CA to TX. The stories I've heard about moving companies weren't so good and I wasn't sure where to go to get the best information about the industry. Quest Moving Co was one of the first companies I checked out and I'm glad I did. The process of moving to another state isn't fun, nor is being away from your belongings for a week or two, but Quest did the best they could to make sure that the entire experience was painless as possible.First of all they were upfront about everything. They didn't make unrealistic promises no matter what I threw at them, which made me feel more comfortable about using their services. The price was comparable to what I had been quoted elsewhere but the service and communication were both outstanding. I received my shipment just a few days ago, and while I'm still going through the boxes, everything looks great. I will definitely be recommending Quest to any friends or family who are in need of a mover.

The move was super easy. We were done in 2 hours. I had moved small items and clothes before this date, but the 2 movers moved all of my large pieces of furniture. They could not have been kinder and easier to work with. They even helped to move a heavy bed and rug for me at the new house since we still had time. I have already recommended them to a friend and would definitely use them again!

These guys were great! On moving day, they sent six movers (including their senior supervisor) and three huge trucks. The guys arrived right on time; they were polite and friendly; they worked like field hands; and they handled everything quickly and gently. They arrived at 8:00am--by 4:30pm everything was moved. They were prepared to specially wrap fragile items; they also brought boxes and cartons for any last-minute packing. At the new place, they very nicely placed all items of furniture, racks of clothing, etc. exactly where we wanted them (they were even gracious about our needing some things moved two or three times to get them in just the right place). They were perfect!

Couldn't have asked for a better moving experience. They showed up on time   walked through house to check everything out and started getting to work immediately. Ringleader and his crew worked really well together. All the guys had a great attitude for what is a really tough job. They dismantled all of our bed frames and re-assembled them at the house. We had to add one hour, but it wasn't because they were slow. We just didn't realize how much we had. We had one piece of glass break on our "china cabinet" even though they had wrapped it well and they sent someone over the following week to come look at it and get it repaired. Very professional company. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend them!!!
