Moved my girlfriend and I a few times. Alex quotes fairly and his staff is responsible and gentle with your belongings. Everybody is hands on and the conversation is kept to a minimal between the employees. Heavy objects are no problems for the PR movers. You can trust them.

After my horrid experience I had with movers about two years ago i was skeptical about finding a "GOOD+RELIABLE" moving company.PROFESSIONAL RELOCATING really swept me and my family off our feet! I called in a for a quote and spoke with Alex. After I had expressed my horrible experience I've had in the past, he assured me that he would be there day of pick up and day of delivery to make sure everything went smooth from point A to point Z. (Already loved it,YAY ME!!)I was scheduled first thing on Sat. morning to be picked up. The crew arrived (very polite young men) and started working right away. Organized, two guys in kitchen packing all dishes, two guys in bedrooms disassembling beds and wrapping them with moving blankets, and one guy in living room. Alex, deeply expressed how sorry he was for my previous experience with a different moving company and assured me I was in good hands. I went to run a few errands with the kids while movers were there. Alex said i will call you when we are done. I didn't think they would be done by the time I came back. BUT YHEY WERE!!! PLACE WAS CLEARED, EVERYTHING LOADED IN TRUCK!!! Alex and I did walk-through to make sure everything was loaded on truck. 5 STARS! AMAZING COMPANY ALREADY!Delivery happened the following day. Alex, showed up again (YAY!!) unloaded into the new place. Boxes that were noted to go to bedroom, they went in the bedrooms. Boxes that were noted fragile, they were treated with care. All the dishes packed by them, were unpacked by them. My family thanks Alex and Professional Relocating for the best service EVER!!!!Quote, customer service, easily reachable, organized, reliable, paid cash and got an even better price! Nothing beats this moving company, Im telling you!!!Family+ friends for sure will be using this company for our relocating needs.

If I could give these yahoos a negative number of stars I would. If by "professional" they mean the moving dudes look like professional convicts then they got that part right. First off, Alex, the owner and person whom I talked to initially sounded super nice and helpful. He rattled off a ton of information, but FAILED to tell me a couple of very important things that I found out the DAY OF the move. Secondly, they were late by 2-3 hours and only showed up because I called and asked where they were. They said we were scheduled the following week. Okay, I'm thinking anybody can make a mistake, except I had confirmed earlier in the week. So that made no sense. So these guys get here. They talked me into 4 guys because the rate is higher. The whole time I was wondering why we were paying for the fourth guy to stand to the side and smoke cigarettes. Oh and by the way, one of the other four guys just watches and "manages" the others. He's the guy that writes up the order while the other guys are loading. Yet you're paying for him, too, to just write up your order. This guy writing up the order says, "Alex told you we charge an extra $ per TV to wrap them up and move them safely." Um, no, we have 4 TVs. Can they smell the amount of money we make, or what? Everything was completely boxed up; all they had to do was move the boxes. Instead after we pay I see on the receipt they charged $59 for a "dish pack" and $52 for plastic to wrap around our mattresses, $150 for "crates" . . . whatever that is. But if you question the bill they hold your stuff hostage literally on the truck. I'm looking at the receipt and how they were nickel and diming me and they basically said if you don't pay you don't get your possessions. Horrible!!! Watch your back with these guys. Update: To your response: No, definitely NOT an ex-employee.

Great service and communication from first call with Alex to the day of with Robert and his team.  They moved furniture from two storage lockers to our new home in Ojai.   They were on time, efficient, and most helpful.  Could not recommend them more!   Many thanks!
