Yesterday these guys helped someone move in my apartment building on the third floor. One of the movers was very tall and beautiful and I misheard what floor he wanted in the elevator so I accidentally clicked all the floors. He had a pretty accent, but it wasn't Russian, although I heard him speaking Russian in the corridor later. I was in and out of the house so we had multiple encounters, during one of which he winked at me!!!!!!!I'll give five stars once the beautiful tall Russian gets in contact with me.

Do NOT get involved with this company - also uses the name "City Moving".  They are scammers and liars, pushy and dishonest!!  I inquired about an estimate for a move.  We had the discussion and I said I needed to do more research.  The guy called me back 3 or 4 times trying to get me to give my credit card info "just to hold the price because the price will be higher tomorrow".  He called me as late as 8 30 pm.  And I stupidly gave in because he kept saying it was "just to hold the price. I won't charge the card I promise.  I give you my word...".  Right after I stupidly gave my credit card info. I looked online and saw that they have a history of not showing up on move day and not even answering the phone!  As if moving isn't stressful enough!!  So I called the guy right back and told him DO NOT charge my card - EVER - I am NOT using your company - you have a history of not showing up....  He promised he wouldn't charge the card.  Well- I get a phone call the next day from another guy saying "I'm calling to go over the details of your move..."  as if it was planned!!!!  I repeated the same thing to him!  3 days after that I look at my credit card info online and they snuck in a charge THAT day!!!  It was "pending".  I called my credit card company and they said they had put the charge in that day or the night before and had not accepted the money so had time to do the right thing and they would put a note on my credit card... but they couldn't start an investigation until the company actually took the money.  So I called the Prime movers who then started calling themselves "City Moving"... and the woman said she "would cancel my appointment"... WHAT APPOINTMENT!!!???".  Despite my clear statement that I will not use their company they apparently  "made an appointment" and tried to charge me!!!!!  DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!  THEY ARE NOT HONEST!!!!!  Now I have to check my credit card every day and maybe will change the card because they have my info and are NOT HONEST!!!!

DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY!!!!  We scheduled a cross-country move with them a month prior to the move with their sales representative, ROBERT PARKER.  We spoke with Robert several times before the move who told us not to trust their customer service representatives because they had no idea what they were talking about and that he would handle our account personally.  He confirmed the move with us the Friday before the Sunday move, then on Sunday, NO ONE SHOWED UP.  NOTE THAT THERE ARE MANY OTHER REVIEWS FOR PRIME MOVING WHERE THE MOVERS ALSO DIDN'T SHOW UP.  (I completely regret not checking Yelp before booking this move.)  When we called and texted Robert, he refused to pick up, answer or return any of our texts and calls.  After that, Robert fell off the face of the earth.  With a lot of begging and pleading, they were able to at least move our belongings out of the apartment the next day.  Of course, when we repeatedly asked them when our belongings would arrive in the destination city, they either ignored us or told us it was in a warehouse in Seattle.  It was only two days before they arrived that they deigned to return our calls and only then to get the rest of the payment. In fact, the only time they were responsive was when they wanted payment (which they underestimated by over $1500 -- thanks again, Robert).  If, for some reason, you are a glutton for punishment or a masochist, then use this moving company.  But do not, under any circumstances, have your move booked or managed by ROBERT PARKER.  Also, note that this is NOT AN ACTUAL MOVING COMPANY.  Rather, Prime Moving is actually managed by HHG Logistics, which simply outsources their moves to third parties -- which is probably why a move with them is such a sh*t show.  Since it is not their movers, they take no responsibility over the move and the movers have no accountability to them.  I cannot believe this company is still in business.

I don't know all this bad reviews about, but this guys were so awesome today!They wrapped up all my belongs and took care of my floors.My team was very friendly and super fast working. I'm really happy that they saved my time and money. Manager was very reliable to book our move and called before helpers arrived. Good moving company!A+

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANYMade a reservation for Monday morning at 8:00 a.m. never showed up neither answer the phone, don't waste your time.
