Optimal Movers

John, Ross, and Jose were awesome! They arrived in good spirits and worked hard all day. I was very anxious while trying to select a moving company only based on reviews. I've lived in my current location for over seven years and was super anxious about having to move everything. I liked Optimal from the beginning because John was in the photos, responded to the posts and also answered the phone when I called. It gave me piece of mind to know I wasn't going through a switchboard, but had a direct contact and that I could even put a face to the name. Optimal came in at the right price and exceeded expectations through out our  move. John was responsive from the initial contact and always replied within an hour or two. We made two stops on our move and filled the entire truck to the brim, they gave us no hassle or attitude. It was a pleasure to work on the along side them. They arrived with plenty of tape, blankets and shrinkwrap for all of our stuff. We rocked out to Spotify while moving along and Jose and I sang along together! When some shady characters pulled up next to our moving van in the alley to dig through the trash, the guys were very good about keeping an eye on all of our things. We had cold water available for them and provided to pizza lunch to keep them energized! Hopefully they felt good about the day too! Thank you Optimal Movers!!! Sincerely.

Just moved from the OC back to LA this past weekend. Moving is naturally stressful, but John and Jose made it as seamless as possible! They arrived 10 minutes early and started moving immediately. They provide wraps for for your furniture and do a really good job of keeping everything clean and intact. They also moved quickly to disassemble and assemble my bedframe.I have nothing but good things to say about the moving process. What was really nice too was how responsive and informative John was prior to moving date and there were no surprise charges, such as gas charge and such. There also wasn't an extra charge for them bringing their bigger truck.I would definitely recommend Optimal Movers to anyone moving and looking for a pleasant experience!

Optimal Movers is fantastic! We used them to move last month and they were efficient and friendly. We moved quite a few boxes (`25), furniture and other loose items and all items made their way over safely and in perfect condition. John and Jose who helped with the move did an excellent job overall and we are really happy that we hired them to help us with the move. It's the first time I've used movers for moving within the US and it was definitely well worth it. I initially chose Optimal movers because of their great rates, responsiveness to my inquiries about their services and their high ratings. They lived up to being an excellent moving service.

Very efficient, honest, easy to work with . John, Jose and Russ are good workers.we recommend this movers highly. I booked a day before and John was able to accommodate my request. John personally answers your call and can make an estimate right away. Jose is very courteous, very nice and patient. We were lucky we were able to find this movers and the most important part is that they're price is much better compared to other movers I've asked. Keep up the good job you guys! Keep on helping people who are so stressed in moving coz you made it easy for us. God bless you a thousand folds

John is easy to contact, very prompt. Just moved from LA to OC, everything was wrapped , no damage, delivery was easy and fast, no downtime. no hassle. no complaints. thanks guys!
