DON'T MAKE YOUR MOVE WITH THEM!!!
We got all our furnitures full of BEDBUG, yes, BEDBUG!!!
I moved to my new place a week before my moving arrived, everything were great until my furnitures come in... after 10 days holding my moving somewhere they dropped it off fully of BEDBUG...
IT STILL CAN GET WORST... After being in contact with ORI and AARON, we made all the procedures for their insurance pay for the inconvenient in a friendly way, they started to ignore phone calls and e-mails and AFTER 4 MONTHS, they offered me $0,60 per pound damaged... CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT?????
After I pay $2000 for my moving they offered me $50 to cover all my things!!!!!

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME, LOOK FOR ANOTHER OPTION!!!

OOB is a God send! I trust OOB & their team! This was the best move in my life. I now like moving when before I hated it. They made me feel like a queen and as a mom of 2 that doesn't happen often. Terrance was the best foreman I could ever wish for! Terrance, Jonathan, Jesus, Jeff and Jaime make the BEST team! Each brought their own skill set to the table. They worked Hard! They were fast, too. They really did work hard. If you hire them please take care of them- they deserve it. Pay it forward lol. I provided water, gatorade & a good lunch to keep them going & they appreciated it & helped me get every single thing loaded on the truck. They were amazing at fitting everything on there and they also took inventory on everything. I didn't realize how much stuff I really had but they helped me out big time. I am forever in debt to them! I am happy and I am in my new home. I highly recommend them and will use them again!

Beware. This company has flunked the Better Business Bureau rating several times over. They were disorganized and ineffective from the beginning. However, the WORST of it is they lost several boxes of my belongings including some antiques and quite valuable things. $6,000 worth of stuff!  Things that are irreplaceable and sentimental. They strung me along for about a year saying they are waiting for them to show up. After a year, because they had no adequate insurance and I had just moved back to the US I had no rental insurance, II took them to small claims court. They lost. Now they are not paying up, so I'm going to have to go back to court to press the issue.On top of it all they are rude.  Is this who you want to trust your belongings with? Go with another company.

Our Move from Northern California to Southern California was, to say the least, far from great!The movers were excellent in "wrapping" our furniture.  We specified "how much" we had to move but they sent a "rented" truck that was NOT big enough to move our items. They even had to "tie" on the back of the truck our mattresses.  We had to rent a truck and tow our car to move the remaining items.  Our items were "put in storage" in their warehouse for the week between our closing in NorCal and closing in SOCAL.  We  had missing, on that exchange,  a "JEWELRY CHEST" with gold and silver chains and other miscellaneous items.  We received the load with numerous broken items, but not the "missing" Jewelry chest.  Including a broken mirror in our china cabinet, dog carrier, large flower pots, etc.   We filed a claim, but even with additional insurance: GUESS WHAT?  They do NOT cover Jewelry??? VERY STRANGE.  The insurance company came to our house, we listed all the items missing, including the jewelry and other items.  No mention was made that they did NOT cover Jewelry.After MONTHS of back and forth (phone tag) NOT returning phone calls, we were informed by the insurance company that OUT OF THE BOX, did NOT cover jewelry (our biggest loss). HMMMMM.The move was in*** September 2016*** and we finally got our "per pound" check from out of the box for $126.00 IN*** A P R I L  2017***, ONLY AFTER a shouting match with the Manager of Out of the Box.  Our total loss was over $2000.00.  Yes the insurance (extra $500.00) company did pay for some other losses, but NOT the Jewelry.  Please, if you use this company, ask them these questions up front.  It is our opinion that even though you might, you might be told "untruths".  Be very careful...... if you so choose to use OUT OF THE BOX.

I highly recommend Out of the Box moving Solutions. They worked with me to do a full inventory of our belongings and came up with a very competitive quote. We were moving from NorCal to the San Diego area and did a lot of research before choosing a moving company. We had 2 different sets of movers (load and unload) and both crews did a fantastic job. Great customer service, super efficient and very careful with our belongings. Thanks Out of the Box!
