These guys are amazing. They have only a one hour commitment for 120 dollars in my case, and charge after in 15 minutes increments. The only other company I could find had a 4 hour minimum. I had to move 2 beds, one super heavy 10 foot dining room table,many  chairs, couch, TV and console, side tables, lamps, safe, mattrace, 2 large shelves 10x10 and carpets within my house. Well they did all of this in one hours. I could not believe it.  No wall got touched. Very professional, very friendly. They came with furniture pads 10 minutes before the agreed upon time.

This company is a scam! THEY ARE CONDUCTING BUSINESS ILLEGALLY after they filed for dissolution of business!! HADAS SHIRON IS A SCAM ARTIST THEIF! DO NOT USE THEM THEY ARE UNINSURED! Rip off liars! Asi or afsi whatever her fake name is- she is a LIAR and a CON ARTIST! I will be filing a law suit against this company for damaging my furniture and ripping me off! They sent me 4 bozo goons that didn't know their right hand from their left and they damaged my furniture! See you in court Dasi because karma is a b****!!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY DAMAGED MY $4000 TABLE!!!!HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I needed a table top moved (from my garage into my dining table) that took 10 minutes yet they charged me for 1 hour ($180) bc they said that is their "minimum". When I originally booked the service the lady told me over the phone that since the minimum is one hour if I have any other things around the house that need to be moved I can have them do it. My husband asked them to help him hang a mirror and they refused!! 4 movers and not 1 of them would move a mirror after they had worked for 10 minutes and got paid for 1 hour!!!! The worst part is that they damaged the table top (see photo)!!! I contacted them about these issues and Afsi said she would call me back and she never did!!!! What a scam this company is! They are probably not even insured! Don't use them unless you want to get scammed! Workers are careless and lazy! I'm in the process of contacting the better business bureau and taking legal action for the damage they caused!!

I kinda hate to do this because Asi was really nice and the communications up until the day of the move were spot on.  (It's the ONLY reason for the second star.)Two days prior the emails said: "Confirming Sunday at 11?"... "Yes, see you then".Here's how it went down on Sunday...11:10  I spoke with Asi because there was no sign of the movers and she said Ricardo (the foreman) will call me soon.  So this is already 10 minutes PAST when the appointment was.11:33  Ricardo calls and say he should be there by noon.  I asked him where he was and he tells me El Segundo (!).  I tell him he's not going to get to Granada Hills (!) in 27 minutes and he says "maybe 45".  I asked him why he didn't call me to tell me he was running late and he says they got caught up with the other job they were on.  That's fine but WTF didn't you call me??None of that is all that horrible except for the fact that there are THREE of us who blocked out 4 hours of our day to do this.  Ricardo and Asi could have told me at 10:15 (while we were still eating breakfast!) that they were being held up.  They knew they were in El Segundo and KNEW they were not going to be on time!!  How hard is it to call and say, "sorry but we are running behind... can we push an hour or would you like to re-schedule?"But, instead, I got the usual bullshit.  Ricardo says "well, it was really a window between 11 and 12".  Really?? When were you going to share that part with me? ... I have three emails saying "see you at 11!" and no emails saying "Dear customer, please track us down when you get tired of waiting and maybe we will get there within a couple of hours."Even if it was a one hour window, you would have been late!  I don't do late and I try to avoid people that bullshit.  Everyone has a phone... use it.I told Ricardo to forget it, that we didn't have time to wait any longer.  We actually did have plans that couldn't wait but there was also no way I was going to get drilled any harder by Ricardo.  Though I have to say, it would have been a lot more gratifying to just leave and let Ricardo drive to Granada Hills and find us gone.  I'll bet he'd know how to use his phone then!Clearly, looking at these reviews, a lot more people are happy with them than unhappy... but, in my opinion, the rules of business have changed... missing a scheduled appointment like this is the same as being late for a job interview.  It won't end in you getting the job.  Unless you are, like, ten times more charming that that Arnold on Green Acres.

I had the good fortune of being helped by Ricardo and Jose when I was moving from DTLA to the San Fernando Valley. These two guys were stellar; incredibly helpful and friendly, and completely up to the task. They skillfully moved my sofa, bed and bookshelf down four flights of stairs and into my new apartment; not a scuff mark to be found on any of my belongings. If you are a solo mover in need of assistance, there is no better place!
