They post their address on Sawtelle in West LA but be aware their storage location is all the way out in Chatsworth which was not mentioned to me. Also the storage is in a wooden crate they forklift by appointment if you want access to your belongings, Monday through Friday only. I work during the week so I haven't had access to my belongings in years. Whenever I call begging the lady to give me access on a weekend she says no they can't and sounds like she doesn't care. I was unaware of this prior to selecting them and don't have the time and money to get movers and rent a truck to bring my belongings to a local storage. I give them a star for the move. Two movers very efficiently loaded my belongings into their truck and wrote down a list of all my belongings when I initially sent them to the storage. The 2nd star is because they don't jack the price like other storage facilities. So in a nutshell if you don't need access to your belongings on weekends and don't mind the drive to Chataworth this is a great storage overall.

Storage A Go Go were such a pleasure to deal with.I got their number from my moving company, and they really came through for me.They showed up and helped me with some of the packing that I needed to do, which was really convenient.Then, I was able to have a few of my items moved into their storage which saved me time and money: it only cost $49 per month which is a great deal and a great value.The storage facility is very clean and organized, everyone is really nice and it's a no hassle situation from A to Z.Overall I will use this company again, and I recommend it to anyone that is looking for a clean and inexpensive storage place. Great attitude and a great service.

I coordinated a move for my employer through North Star Moving. I further requested an unpacking service which was contracted to Storage A Go-Go.  The crew showed up on time and wasted no time getting to work.  The rates were reasonable and my employers were satisfied with the work -- nothing was broken and they took away the packaging materials once items were unboxed, saving us the time and resources to dispose of them -- furthermore, we saved money by them taking the boxes, many to be reused in other moves.The communication from the company was frequent and thorough.  I normally do not post reviews on Yelp, but since I used Yelp to find North Star and I felt that the service Storage A Go-Go provided specifically was excellent, I felt compelled to write up my thoughts.I would use them again in the future for myself and recommend them to others.

Found Storage A Go-Go on Yelp. Needed help picking up boxes I had shipped from Portland to LA on Amtrak to take to storage, as I'm still in a temporary rental figuring out where I am actually going to live.  Have moved a million times for work, so it's nothing new, but still hate the process. Jackie, from Storage A Go-Go, organized the movers/storage and was so sweet to me! I honestly can't say enough about her. I was getting crap reception on my cell at work and we literally talked about 10 times between all of my questions and she just kept staying on the line with me until I could find a better spot/reception. She was totally patient with me having to continually call back as I needed to actually get work done that day and couldn't do everything in one phone call. She answered all of my questions (I had a million), was totally sweet in the midst of my stress, and made everything absolutely as painless as possible. She is the best! The BEST. The guys met me at Amtrak, had the boxes loaded into the truck in less than 15 minutes had me sign the paperwork and were off to load my things into storage. A HUGE load off my mind as there's nowhere to keep my boxes in my temporary rental. Used the Yelp Deal they have posted 50 for 100 dollars of services  AND getting my 1st month of storage free (I guess that's their normal deal- not sure on that though.) Totally reasonable storage rates comparatively once they start charging (49/month), and even better they just made everything stinking EASY. I'm seriously grateful I used them and would recommend them to anyone. Use them. (On a side note, if you need to ship boxes (not furniture) for a move, check Amtrak! Super cheap. And they were really nice too!)

I am a professional home stager and I hired Storage A Go-Go to move my client's furnishings down into their own basement storage in preparation for rented furniture to come in. The guys were fast, professional and followed direction perfectly. The client was thrilled and so was I. I will DEFINITELY hire them again!
