**CAUTION!! FRAUD! INCOMPETENT!!! NOT RELIABLE*** IM A SINGLE MOM OF 3 KIDS AND I FINALLY FOUND A PLACE FOR MY BABIES... HAVE BEEN COMMUNICATING WITH "NICK" AND MADE RESERVATIONS FOR A TIME AND PLACE FOR OVER A WEEK! NICK TOLD ME VIA TEXT THAT THEY WILL BE THERE.. I SHOW UP ON MOVING DAY.. I WAITED .. I CALLED AND THEY ADVISED THEY ARE ON THERE WAY.. I continued to wait .. After waiting for  45 min.. "Russell" asked me if my name was Susan (my name is Karina) and that if I did not have a email confirmation. Russell had the "oh well" attitude.. And did not apologize did not offer to fix the issue by offering a later time slot to move our stuff from storage to our new place.. I asked to speak to someone in charge.. He gives me a non working number and before disconnecting the call told me like a coward that he does did not want my business anyways .. Immature and incompetent.. NEVER AGAIN!! This so called company left me in the worst situation. I had no way to move my things out of storage and I had to vacate by a certain time..

I found this company on Groupon and before buying the deal, I contacted them to make sure the deal is valid on weekends. I was assured it was and I should go ahead and buy it and contact them again to schedule my move date. I did all of that. Come our move day, these guys arrive 25 minutes late, which is no bid deal, but immediately upon arrival an older guy gives me a piece of folded paper that says "You agree that on weekends we require a minimum of 4 hours." Which means in addition to 3 hrs I got with groupon deal I have to pay $145 for an extra hour. This was NOT mentioned in the groupon deal description or over the email during scheduling process. Not to mention we were moving a small one bedroom and knew it wouldn't even take 3 hours. The guy was telling me I need to understand he needs money to pay his employees, and that groupon charges them a fee. Totally understand all of that, but how is that my problem?? In response, he tells me "You got a Groupon and it's your problem". 20 minutes later they left without honoring the deal they sold me, and we had to scramble and get a truck and move everything ourselves. As if moving wasn't stressful enough. Really, worst experience I've had dealing with a company in my life. Would never recommend these guys to anyone. Bad service, bad attitude, misleading information.

Newcastle Movers are awesome! They worked hard to get the job done quickly and were mindful to protect my belongings. They didn't manhandle, break, scrape, or ruin any of my things and I really appreciated that! I would have asked my friends and family to help me move but I didn't want to deal with the stress of coordinating all the details (who can help and when - what time, day, or how many hours; who's truck can I borrow and for how long, or do I need to rent a uhaul, and how much would it be if I go over the mileage, not to mention what will I feed my friends and family members who are helping me? and who will watch the kids?). There's so much to deal with when you're moving and  I didn't want my move to affect my already hectic schedule.I called these guys and I couldn't be happier. Nick made this a stress-free experience for me. I needed it done quickly and that's what happened. I didn't want to stress over it or worry and I didn't have to because they took care of it quickly. I'm so glad I called them; they were friendly and professional. I was thoroughly satisfied with their service and I avoided so many potential problems by calling them!
