I'm truly satisfied by the job of Neo Movers, who moved me from Mar Vista to Brentwood. They helped me to move my super heavy and awkward furniture without additional charges for stairs. Also they did not charge for tape, plastic wrap, wardrobes etc., like other companies i dealt in the past. I need to admit that in the past I was selecting movers based on the lower hourly rates, not realizing that they will tuck in hidden fees at the end. These guys in contrast, include everything you might need in the hourly rate and don't give you surprises at the end! I will definitely use them again. Tip: pack your minor crap yourself, take apart Ikea beds if you can and save sometime and $$$.

Recently moved in the last week from West LA to Mar Vista. I was looking for a company that got good reviews, easy to book, and was going to fast & efficient. Neo Movers were all of these. It was very easy to get a quote and book online. I received prompt follow ups with questions and multiple confirmations of when I could potentially expect the movers to arrive. The move was of course during a heavy rain storm. Just my luck, the date I booked a mover there was going to be a torrential downpour. The day before the move I e-mailed the company to confirm they'd show up rain or shine. They called me back and told me to expect them. On the day of the move the movers arrived during the window that was told to me. Perfect! Definitely want to say KUDOS! to my movers. They were fast, friendly, efficient, and had a smile on the whole time even during moving up and down stairs in the rain.Overall, the cost was less than I expected and they really abide by the things they say. My experience was great and definitely would recommend them!!

We used Neo Movers to relocate us from Culver City to Santa Monica. My movers did a great job. Regardless the fact that I have asked the movers to come at 6.30 AM sharp (I know it's a crazy request, but hey, they agreed), movers did not seem sleepy, and went directly to work. Bob and Nimba (my movers) did not loose their energy until they finished moving my apartment, and kept a smile all the time. Additionally, and more importantly, movers know what they do, careful, well equipped, and physically fit movers. So, go ahead and give them a try, I am sure that you won't be disappointed!

Neo movers were absolutely amazing! They were very accommodating although I requested an appointment last minute. Sean and Beck were very careful with my belongings and completed the move within the requested time frame. I will definitely use their services again and refer to friends as well. Thanks neo movers!!

Great experience. 3 movers: AL, Arhy & Ozzy. They were friendly, fast, efficient and very conscientious and gentle with our stuff. Will def recommend to my friends & family.
