Moving On Relocation

I had to move some valuable furniture from Cali to NY, so i went online to see if i can find a company to do the move for me. I came across Moving On Relocation. They were very helpful from the start in easing my mind about the move and going with a moving company.David was very accommodating and knowledgeable. I wasn't present at the pick-up, but they kept in contact with me through out the whole move. Mike, Jose and Daryl were quick safe and efficient. My things arrived on time. I was very surprised to see how well my items were raped, packed and taken care of. I couldn't ask for more. I will be happy to use them again in the future, But i do hope i won't need that for a long time to come.

Well if you don't care about your stuff and want to pay lot of money for your move, definitely hire them. Worst moving company i have ever worked with. They charged us almost double of what they quoted us on phone and my most of my stuff when arrived had scratches. Two guys came to home with entire truck already full. They spent almost 2 hours to first make space for our stuff. They then loaded our stuff and randomly wrote the space our stuff took and charged us almost double of what was quoted to us. The guy (he called himself CEO) even before he started started scaring us that the prices always go higher and all.They assured that our stuff will reach in a week but actually took 3 weeks and we had to constantly call them. In the end when we got our stuff the guy who delivered was the most rude person i have ever met. He was throwing our stuff, didn't want to take of tapes, and was swearing all the time. When we opened our stuff, there were scratches  ( I will also post some pics )on my couch, table, my TV screen was broken, they misplaced our rug and also one of our luggage was also missing (which we got after a month of delivery with us calling them constantly). We haven't got a single penny yet for all our loss.My suggestion is that you guys go with a better relocation service and never ever choose this company.

I just moved from LA to Seattle...needless to say moving is never a fun process...UNLESS YOU HIRE AN EXCELLENT MOVING COMPANY! I went through another company who then hires different moving companies to pick-up your belongings & drop off your stuff 1-2 weeks later. The actual Company I hired FINALLY did something right & called Avi to my rescue! Avi & his associate Tommy were awesome! Avi assured me that everything was gonna to be OK & he was right....IT WAS PERFECT! Avi even gave me great advice on where to put my furniture! He's no stranger to Feng shui & my furniture flow is amazing. Two thumbs up on this moving company for sure!!! I wish I would have hired Avi & his team to move everything instead of going through that other company . Thanks again Avi & Tommy...you guys rock!

Michael and his team did such a great job with our move from Irvine california to Bellevue Washington. They came within 3 days of leaving california. Titus and Tommy assisted Michael in getting our stuff off the truck and placing it in our apartment and storage space as we directed them. They were very cordial professional and extremely friendly. They reassesmbled my furniture and when I asked my glass table be rearranged as it was placed upside down they cordially complied. We even had cups of chai together. Michael called me to inform me when he left california, called me when they were delayed and called when an hour away. Amazing company to work with, and completely reliable. I would definitely work with them again!

My experience with this company was not so good.  First they lied about my delivery date(moved from California to Texas In June) .  2 weeks later they were at my door and had lost my whole bed.  Not only that,  they damaged my 42 inch flat screen t. V. That was supposed to be in a crate.  But was just wrapped in blankets and boxes and charged me for extra for it.  They finally found my bed and I had it with in a week.  I had to put in a claim for my t. V and here it is October and the claims department told me they dropped my claim because the company wouldn't return their call for more information.  I look in the mail today and moving on relocation sent me a check for $100 to replace a t. V that cost over $300. Are you kidding me?.  I will never use them again. the owner is joke,  this whole company is a joke.  I really regret using them. they should be ashamed of themselves for treating a customer this way.  losing my bed and then breaking my t. v.  ...yes,  I'm pissed!!
