These guys helped me so much.  My movers flaked at the last minute and these guys squeezed me in on a Sunday afternoon.  They were fast, charged exactly what they said they would, and were very careful with my furniture.  I will be calling Charles in the future next time I need anything moved.  He and his team really did care.

This moving company moved me twice. First time they saved me because a mover on Craigslist flaked and they were able to get me in the next day. So the next time I moved I decided to call them again.Movers were very nice, friendly, professional, and careful. I appreciated that about them. They told me they even removed all my shelf pegs and placed them in a bag for me. But, they forgot to give them to me before they left. So, I texted the owner asking him to keep an eye out for them, after the mover told me they might have been left in one of the loaner wardrobe boxes. Days later the owner told me I can get pegs from Home Depot and for me to send him a bill. I thought, wow, how nice?! I was impressed with that kind of service. Then, I sent him the receipt as he offered. A week later, nothing. So I sent him a follow-up text. Still nothing. I told him I was only pushing this hard because he offered to reimburse me. Then he finally responded, and said he'll get back to me.Couple more weeks gone by, and I continued to follow up once a week.Sent the owner another text yesterday, and still nothing. So today I decided to re-send the receipt and my address, just in case he lost them.He, surprisingly, responded right away, but not to the response I expected, at all.He now tells me, "our insurance kicks in at $20. Sorry."After a few more text exchanges, he went on to tell me that "I need mental help."I never demanded him or his moving company to replace the pegs they lost during my move - I only asked if they can be located. He was the one who offered to have them replaced and reimbursed. And I only insisted on this issue because I expected him to be man of his words; it was strictly based on matter of principles.It's very disappointing and very comical at the same time. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I used this company twice!!! They moved all my furniture from my high-rise in downtown LA (18th floor) into storage. Then I hired them again to move my furniture from the storage to my new place in Las Vegas. When they arrived to Las Vegas and unloaded my furniture I discovered that my new 70in Flatscreen TV was shattered and other things were broken as well. I was mostly concerned about my TV. I had not even touched the TV because they were the same company that packed the furniture in storage and then transported it. The owner "Walt" said that he would compensate me for the TV. He asked if I could just give the guys money to get back to LA. And told me that business was slow but I had his word that he would rectify this. I paid the guys and gave them extra because they worked very hard. But all I wanted was my TV replaced. He gave me his word. This was in Feb and now its Aug and now they are not responding to text messages nor phone calls. If I call or text from another number I get a response. The company does not have insurance!!!!!. So if your belongings are important to you DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Their prices are great, but they don't care about integrity at all.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I had a move scheduled for Sunday morning, nobody showed at the agreed upon time. When I called, I was given a fake excuse and was told they would be there by 1pm. It only gets worse from here. I was told around 11am that someone else was going to handle my move but they wouldn't be avail til 5 or 6pm. The new mover I was introduced to responded an hour later apologizing and told me he couldn't do my move now. The worst part of this is that after this 2nd cancelation Charles never answered my calls or texts again. I was forced to call another company and get them there at 7pm. So by 11pm my move was complete when it was supposed to happen at 9am that morning. Please nobody use them, that's the worst service I've ever received in any facet of my life.

I had a great experience moving with movers who care. they were careful with my things, very fast and the cost was reasonable. Brad was amazing. and Charles was kind and was very accommodating. I would definitely recommend this moving company!
