I have misplaced my receipt for my move and had to call the office of "Movers Pasadena" in order to get a scan. The owner of the company happened to be in the office, and while his employees were locating the moving contract and scanning he briefly interviewed me on the quality topics. Honestly, I was surprised how genuinely Taha (owner) was concerned about the satisfaction of his clients. Most of the movers that I have encountered in the past seemed care about nothing, but money they extort at the end of the moves. And I shared my observations with him, and decided to add them to my short review from before.First I was impressed with the office work. My quote was answered almost instantly, followed up by SMS reminder to check email and the junk folder (where I actually located my quote response!). I had few questions and called the office to clarify, and was patiently answered point by point. My main concern was hidden and unjustified fees, and Bill in the office ensured that they won't even start the time until movers enter the place.Second, I was impressed that the day before the move Bill, again followed up with the reminder email, and the day of the move my movers arrived literally minutes before 8-9 Arrival window. I would like to commend them on punctuality, because we all value it. Third, Bob and Arny took several minutes to survey my place before they even signed the paperwork. They explained everything quickly, and got to work immediately.Fourth, it was a pleasure to see seasoned professionals taking care of my stuff, furniture, boxes, etc. See the image how carefully everything is stacked inside the truck. Believe me, I have seen disaster movers in the past, who toss and throw your items.Fifth, their hourly rates are certainly below competitors, such as Top Pasadena Movers and Pasadena Moving Company. Not by a lot, but still, and they are ready to discuss potentially lower rates for off-peak days, such as TuesdaysSixth, and finally, they have scanned my contract (for tax deduction purposes), and even asked if I prefer PDF or JPG, which proves that they are HiTech movers too. Thank you Movers Pasadena, and I am sure that you shall succeed!

This moving company was fantastic! They showed up on time and were very attentive and careful with my items. They were diligent in working, and never wasted a minute. They wrapped and secured items without asking and overall took extra care in moving my boxes and furniture to my new location. Would definitely recommend this company.

Mandaich and Tengiz came on time and worked quickly to load and unload our items. Everything was done with professionalism and extreme care. They had great patience with us as we decided to change our living room and bedroom layouts quite a few times! Lastly, they also helped move my fridge from the garage to the kitchen. I would highly recommend you ask for them when you call.

Best movers there is. I have never had such a fabulous service. Absolutely amazing. Best prices I've ever seen. If they weren't here then there was no way I would still be functioning in my business. Thank God for movers Pasadena. Al, Vadim, and Nick are the strongest movers I have ever seen. I would not be surprised if they competed in the Olympics and won. Our office is medical and absolutely vital that it is move fast they did it faster than anyone else could. They are the best thing since sliced bread.
