Extremely professional and so polite. Each one of them was super nice, packaged every single item with care, packed it in the truck with care and took it upstairs with care. Our fridge wouldn't fit through the hallway to get into the kitchen and Harven took apart the fridge doors and brought each piece in individually and put it all together with in minutes. Best movers. Thanks again guys!

Harven and Zee were the best!Very smart, clean, quick and kind.I am a super clean/neat freak and a super perfectionist, and of course I don't like scratches on my belongings.My old furniture and belongings (around 20 years old) are in good condition, so I was very nervous to pick the moving company.When I was researching & searching for my new apartment, at the same time I started researching & searching for a moving company. I took long time to select the best moving company.Out of 10 companies, I decided with Move It With Muscle!Why I chose them?  When I saw Harven and his company truck in front of my old apartment (Eaves Los Feliz), I thought he is a very organized and clean person, and his truck and blanket were so neat... Yes, my instinct was right.They are very organized and clean.Their blankets changed every two months, so they are very clean.They wrapped my important furniture very carefully (even though my cheap furniture, Harven was very respectfully wrapped them).When they (Harven and Zee) came to my apartment for an estimate, they took off their shoes (as I said, I am a super crazy clean freak and I am Japanese, no shoes in my home) and they respect my things (organized person & clean/neat freak) and Japanese culture (no shoes at home).If Eaves Los Feliz apartment staff opened the gate for us right away (I asked apartment staff Alan to open the gate for us, he left his office with possibility customer /future tenant for 15 minutes and he ignored loyalty tenant/me, so we wasted of first 15 minutes!) and there is no elevator issue (Eaves Los Feliz has many tenants with dogs, so many people uses constantly elevator for dog walking etc., so we wasted of our time for waiting elevator), my moving estimate time was probably around 3-4 hours, but it took 5 hours and 25 minutes (oops... I made a mistake on my direction to my new apartment... we wasted another 10 minutes, because of my fault).But I was so happy to spend money on them (even I provided quick lunch). It was worth it!!!Especially Harven was so sweet that he took off his shoes in my new place (I covered most of the floor with a vinyl sheet and a picnic sheet, but when my couch and bed needed put onto floor without a sheet, Harven took off his shoes!!!  I really appreciate his kindness and professionalism).I had a really nice time with them on my moving day. I didn't have any stress and I enjoyed my moving day with them.My moving cost is $530 (including tips + truck fee $75) for 5 hours and 25 minutes. It was really good!If I ordered one of Japanese moving company services, it might cost more than $840.Major moving company charges a lot with hidden cost, but their moving staff's salary is around $10...they charge a lot of their expense... but Entrepreneur/independent company like Move It With Muscle!, they get what they work for and they are happy to work (very important!), I prefer entrepreneur business service than corporate business service, same for an apartment business (you know what I mean)!!   [P.S. I'm was moving from my 5th floor one bedroom apartment in Glendale to a townhouse in Studio City. I usually have friends help me move, but I decided just to pay someone this time. Honestly Yelp has so many choices I literally searched and read reviews and looked at rates and Move it with Muscle was the best deal.Harven and Zee were punctual and it took a little longer  than I expected but moving from the 5th floor to a town house with stairs...I completely understand the 4 hours.While they were driving to Studio City, someone cut off their truck so my dresser fell and was damage. OMG they were so great they offered to pay to replace my damaged dresser! Harven and Zee just wanted to be sure I was 100% happy and if I had to move again I would definitely call them. I feel safe with them coming in and out of my house, they are completely honest and trustworthy and at a good rate, I can definitely see why they have gotten such great reviews.Thanks again Harven and Zee! You guys are fabulous!

Move it with muscle crew were very respectful, on time and very professional. They delivered everything they promised. Not a single item was damaged or even scratched. These guys handled my furniture as if they were handling there own. Very highly recommended and their price is also very reasonable. 100% will be using these guys again for my next move.

Where do I start! These guys are soooo quick and strong and they did an amazing job moving our furniture to one city to the next. We have a lot of stairs leading up to our house, and they moved things around as if it was weightless! These guys truly move it with muscle! They were very professional, timely and super helpful in placing things where I needed them to be. Thank you so much guys for your hard work! You guys are awesome!!!
