It was the end of the month when I know all moving companies are at their busiest,, I needed to have a new refrigerator picked up at the store i bought at and delivered to my home, I called them, left a voice message and received a call back from Robert (bob) they said they could do it the same day, which I was shocked and please at, everyone else I called could not do it for 2-3 days.  their policy is streamlined, they emailed me for the pick up and deliver info, booked via email paid deposit via pay-pal, only 30% down. no  big deal.  communication was great, scheduled for 4pm same day. driver and helper showed up at pick up location loaded up within 5 min, and hit the road, nice truck with lift gate, getting refrigerator into my house was a challenge to say the least, both guys went beyond their duties to help me, had to remove front door, remove doors from refrigerator etc, down some stairs, up some more stairs they stayed till it was in the kitchen,  I was very very pleased by this service and highly recommend them to anyone that needs to move, or pick up or deliver appliances, finding appliance movers was near impossible, try it sometime , they are not out there. Monarch Movers are the way to go .. I would use them again in a heartbeat, I am only bitter because they day before i had hired some other movers to move the content of my apartment to my new condo that over charged and took 10 hours to do 5 hours worth of work. the crew I had (2) were clean nice professional helpful and great guys.Thanks again .

Wow! Brandon R. Cuadros and "Monarch Movers" are, in a word, crooks.  I would encourage anyone to stay the hell away from them.What they do is take a "deposit" for brokering service which you could otherwise do a better job of arranging yourself directly with the party providing the service.  I arranged for pick up of some stuff for the dump on Friday.  I wasn't keen, since I have never done so in the past with anyone on Craigslist, but I went ahead and paid the requested $114 deposit that Brandon asked for.  When I arranged for the service I told Brandon that this would require several guys.  He said 2 guys and a 12 ft+ trailer.  Later Friday he called and asked if they could do the job on Saturday morning.  I wasn't thrilled but hey OK if I had to arrange it otherwise it would be Saturday anyhow so fine.  On Saturday "Andy" shows up from Grass Valley.  Andy also lists in Craigslist, but I had not called Andy because he is a one man show and his truck isn't big enough.  Andy says well he needs more money to do the job, Brandon had not communicated the scope of the job.  It was about an extra $50. I said "sure no problem". 10 minutes later without a further word he takes off.Obviously I called Brandon and said "hey give me my money back, no service was performed".  He says OK he will under the circumstances but then later the same day I receive this BS email from him about "company policy".The purpose of this "business" is to steal deposits. PERIOD.BTW I arranged to have my stuff hauled off Saturday morning by a 3 man crew who did the job for less money than "Brandon" or "Bob" quoted me. I WILL get my money back and I WILL continue to pursue these bullshit artists and crooks!As of today (Tuesday, Nov 12th) Brandon has twice promised to return my money, and not done so.

The Monarch Movers Group guys were excellent! They were so friendly and fast, it was like Superman came to move us. They moved us from our Brentwood apartment to our new residence in Monrovia in a jiffy. After packing up the van like a game of Tetris, our movers were ready to rock and roll (literally! I think they're musicians by trade :) ).They price was very reasonable and we were done before lunchtime. I recommend them to anyone looking for a quality move for a very, very affordable price.

100% reliable!  Good movers are VERY hard to find.  Look to Monarch Movers for just that.  The guys were very careful with my stuff. 100% professional.  Prices were EXTREMELY competitive...no hidden fees or charges.

If you are looking for honest and reliable movers then look no further! We moved from Tustin down to Oceanside to be closer to a new employer. I always always shop around for the best price and when I called and spoke with Robert he was extremely nice and thorough with the quote he gave. We asked for prices to just move everything boxed by us and also pricing for them to pack up our 3 bedroom house. I was very impressed with the rates and that was a strong selling point! I also just got a good feeling from speaking with him over the phone, he was much more professional and warm than the other companies I called. We decided to go ahead and pack our own boxes since we had already started the process. When moving day arrived we received a call stating the crew was on their way. They were not actually Monarch Movers employees but subcontracted by Robert... either way they were awesome people and took extreme care with our furniture and boxes. Everything was loaded into the truck and all the furniture delicately wrapped in heavy duty moving blankets. When they arrived at the new house everything was unloaded into the appropriate rooms (we labeled all of our boxes) and they even put the furniture in its correct spots (moving a couple pieces several times because we weren't sure which wall we wanted it on :) ). All and all I would say a wonderful experience with movers that went above and beyond! I will definitely use them again if we ever decide to move back up north, I'm not sure if they would want to move us any further south in San Diego county.
