If you like unprofessional liars, go with this company. Everything seemed great on the front end. Then once they had my stuff...well...I was told by Brian that they use their own movers, they reassemble the furniture upon delivery, and give a 24 hour notice when coming for delivery and pick-up.I received a call from the owner, Fernando, that my stuff would be delivered anywhere between the June 1-4. That's beyond the 3 day window I agreed to. The evening of the 3rd, I still had not heard from him, which if take into account the with the 24 hour notice, my stuff wouldn't be delivered by the 4th. I called, no answer. I called again, he asked me where my stuff was going (he should know this!) and told me he would call me back. No call. I called again, he didn't even remember who I was...and had to ask me again where my stuff was going!!...."yeah, I called the driver, he didn't answer, not sure what he's doing". I expressed my panic to him, his response was extremely unprofessional and not one bit reassuring....something like "look lady, I have a lot of people who's stuff I'm responsible for". Isn't that your job?The driver calls "Fernando says you are freaking out". They show up... THEY DIDN'T EVEN KNOW THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO BRING MY STUFF THEY WERE ON THEIR WAY TO SEATTLE!! Luckily I got them in time or they said it wouldn't have been another 2 days!!They were NOT Leadership Logistics like Brian promised (whom also seemed insulted when I asked if they contract out their movers) and they were NOT told they had to reassemble my furniture, which was part of the contract. They only accept cash, in which I didn't have, BECAUSE 24 HOURS NOTICE WAS NOT GIVEN AND IT'S SATURDAY AFTER BANKING HOURS.This was the opposite experience anyone should endure when making a long distance move. It's too bad, because this is a temporary living situation and we are relocating again in 12 months. No repeat business for Leadership Logistics.

I hired this moving company to help me move from CA to CT. Before the move I got pretty sick and then hired them to pack for me as well. I have to say that I have no proof of the following, but I had diamond earrings, a diamond ring, a nice watch and fake diamond earrings in my jewelry box. The company told me they would call 30 minutes in advance but never did and showed up at my door to start packing. As I was speaking to one of the gentleman about paperwork the other went immediately to my room and packed my jewelry box. I went back to get my jewelry after talking to the first gentleman but it was already packed. I figured it would be okay. When I received my shipment my jewelry box came perfectly fine minus all my most valuable jewelry. Now I cannot say that the mover took this for sure as I have no first hand proof but you can deduce whatever you please from what occurred. Oh and the kicker is that when I called to talk to the owner Fernando about my missing items he laughed at me and told me quote "I knew you were going to be trouble." I personally believe that anyone who had missing jewelry would be trouble, especially since it shines a poor light on his company. I also tried to get in touch with him multiple times and still try be he never responds to anything.
