This is my second time using this company and will use them again. James, Alex and Freddy helped my family move our belongings from our backyard to a nearby storage facility and they did it really quick too. Considering the fact that our backyard was a mess. It was definitely a stress free move and they were extremely careful with the valuables. Thanks LA Moving INC!

"DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE THIS COMPANY The positive reviews on here must be fake because this company is TERRIBLE!I only WISH I ( my daughter hired them to work) had come on to yelp first to read the reviews before hiring these people.If you want an even remotely stress-free or on time move, please do not use LA Moving. I have never written a review before but feel so strongly about my terrible experience that I'm writing this review in hopes others don't make the mistake of working with them.Summer time. A lot student coming from Russia and Ukraine. They are not professional. They are just coming  for 3 month  to make money. Young kids.  Of course they are working without any contract. We need to report to BBB.The most unprofessional operation I've encountered in my whole life.

I helped my friend move recently and this company was too much. Are they for real? My friend told me she found them on Craigslist but clearly she should've checked Yelp. Well, she knows now!The company told her she would have wardrobe boxes. Not true. All that came with were old, worn cardboard boxes that were labeled "wardrobe", but they had no metal bars hanging inside the boxes to hang the hangers on. See photos for reference. My friend had to stuff her clothes with hangers on them without having something to hang them on. And she had to use those gross boxes because she had no choice.When the two guys arrived they were surprised that my friend had so much stuff, but my friend made it clear that she had a lot of stuff in her 1-bedroom apartment to the guy over the phone. Because of this, they told her that they might have to make a few trips just to get everything. OMG that's crazy! When I saw the size of their truck it made sense, though.Well I told my friend we should stuff her car and my car with stuff, and, because of this, they were barely able to squeeze everything into their unlabeled truck. That was a hue relief!Also, they spoke very, very little English, and my friend and I were not able to communicate to them easily and effectively because of this. But they spoke lots of Russian to themselves. I've even said "excuse me" a couple of times when I've thought I'm in their way and the guy ignored my remarks. It's cool, just I'm not getting the vibe they care about customer service I guess and the language barrier is a definite factor, but so was their serious energy. They also state in their contract that once they arrive at the new place and take a break you have to pay them in full. Well I'm glad they didn't drive off with her stuff after getting payment in full. I've hired moving companies before) but not off of Craigslist) and this is never the policy. How do they know how long it's going to take to do the whole job? Especially considering they had two flights of stairs to go up when they got to her new place, not the elevator like she had at the old place. Apparently my friend knew that was their policy going into this, so at least they were clear about having such an odd rule. For the record, I could see them charging for the work they've done up to that point, but she had to pay them hundreds more before the whole job was even done? It's amazing how some businesses operate. And it's no wonder they have so many negative reviews and only a 3-star average. The moving companies I've hired have at least a 4-star average and they were both better than this place.Also, when they wrapped her stuff they hardly used enough plastic wrap to make it stick to itself. It was actually coming off of her table already by the time they moved it to the new place. And why didn't they wrap the whole table? We're the wooden legs wooden top itself not important? They only wrapped around the edges of the wooden top.One more thing, they were slow, very slow.  One guy kept looking at his cell phone and they walked slowly the entire time. I'm comparing them to everyone I've ever seen move before. So basically I'm never using this company, my friend is never using this company again and hopefully you'll stay away too!

I found this company on craigslist after my original moving company cancelled at the last minute. I needed movers asap so didn't check the reviews on yelp , UNFORTUNATELY for me. First the company is using false advertising. Steve the owner says his company has professional movers. It was clear they have never moved before. After a while I went outside to see what they were doing and they were taking a smoke break- a marijuana smoke break. The smell was strong. I have moved a lot. In the past I have moved my furniture with 2 guys and it took 3 hrs. This time it took over 7 hrs with 5 guys. They got lost at each place they were supposed to meet me at. The worst part- the owner is a scam artist. He said I had to pay for 7 hrs because that's how long they were "working".  They took an hr lunch break and were lost for another hour which he forced me to pay or I was not getting the rest of my property. I have notified craigslist and the BBB. The owner is Russian and clearly is not aware of legal, ethical American business practices.

C'mon now I found them on Craigslist so I mean what did I expect?On time? Slightly they came at around 9am but was outside for a while socializing and decided to saunter in at 9:15am and had the nerve to tell me let's just say we got here at 9.Hard Work? Def got my living room and bedroom wrapped up and taken outside in record time. I didn't have much stuff to begin with but they did get things out and about pretty fast.Chatty? Heck yes they seem to like to chat to kill time. My advice would be to keep them focused on the task as not to burn precious time with sports banter. Reliable? NAW NAW NAW. First they got lost in the truck on their way to my new moving location and then have the nerves to hang up on me when I called to check -in on their location. I asked if they wanted to follow me to make it easier but they insisted they know where they were going. Took them 45 mins (20 mins more than me) to get to my location. Also I explicitly said my BED IS THE ONLY thing I really cared about and wanted to make sure it was put together properly. Later that night after I got my life situated and wanted to lie on my bed, it creaked and moaned and was totally falling apart. I was further angered when I lifted my box spring and noticed some of the screws weren't even in!   Customer Service? None existent! I called the company to let them know about the horrendous job they did on my bed but the owner/supervisor just told me he will call me back in the morning without taking my name or number down. The next day I called back and they promised to come fix my bed. When I followed up later that night, after getting off f work, I couldn't get a hold of anyone. LIES!Price and time wise this place isn't even the best offer out there. I just went with them because they give you 10 free boxes.  Would avoid f possible.
