Used them this past weekend for a big move!  From the initial booking, they were courteous and prompt with replies.  They honored my Groupon deal + a $20 off coupon I had for Groupon.  I had to reschedule my move, and the woman I was corresponding with was nothing but amazing/encouraging.  They even allowed my family to assist the movers to save us time.  That is one of the reasons I went with them!  It's so nice that they were looking out for us rather than themselves.  Our move ended up being double what we thought we were going to pay, but that was based off our own estimates (not from the company's).    When it came to move day, the 3 guys (Radu, Yury, & Kiri) showed up on time (they called before they came).  Their estimate of how long it would take was a bit over; however, they may not have known how great the help we provided would be. :)  We ended faster than they thought.  Anyway, they wrapped everything quickly and well.  I believe we only had one item that was a little bit damaged but nothing huge.  And, we had a LOT of furniture.  The guys were professional, funny, and friendly.  We bought them pizza, and even then they just took a very fast break (on their own accord) to get back to moving.  That was much appreciated.  I would use them again in a heartbeat.

TOTALLY AGREE WITH THIS REVIEW BELOW. Called myself and spoke with JANE, who said she was the supervisor. She was totally nice and set up our move for this Friday and once I mentioned I had a Groupon, Jane mentioned it was not valid on that day and could not give me a reason. She said some days it's different prices, but no where on Groupon does it mention that. DO NOT BUY THE GROUPON WITHOUT CALLING. ACTUALLY MAYBE DO NOT EVEN GO WITH THIS DISHONEST COMPANY. **Left a message for the company's owner so we will see what they say.**Beware: Groupon deal appears to be a scam. I just set up an appointment for this Saturday 9/9 and everything was all set until I mentioned I had a Groupon. Jane told me the Groupon isn't valid until after September 10th. Thankfully I hadn't purchased it yet, I'd only said I had to see if there was a catch. Apparently, there is. They couldn't give me a proper explanation other than, "it's company policy."

We had a great experience when moving. Radu and Yury did the best job. They arrived on time and worked really quick and careful. Our moving distance was long and they were so precise and didn't waste any minute. I highly recommend to ask for Radu and Yury if you are moving. They are real professionals. Thank you guys!

They were good for the most part except they ruined 2 of my drawers by the way they tapped it. Once I took the tape off all the paint ripped off which of coarse was when they left. Now I have to buy new drawers
