My boyfriend heard about these guys from his brother in law, and we needed help moving a bunch of stuff about 35 miles. It was a big guy and skinny guy.They were timely, very friendly, efficient, accommodating, and professional. They got everything here in one piece, and even positioned everything exactly how we wanted! It took a tad bit longer than expected,  but the extra charge was minimal and well worth it. Don't judge a book by its cover, these guys are GREAT!

Hi, we have used Kewl Moving two times and received amazing service at very competitive rates.  We moved from Hollywood Hills to a very challenging location in Malibu which proved to be no challenge to our movers! The movers were on time and worked extremely hard during the entire move.  All of our stuff reached our location in perfect condition.  I would highly recommend them.

Here's how my moving journey began: I went to this moving site that supposedly has a great reputation, that compares moving companies that are trusted throughout the country.  You tell the program exactly what you have any how many miles it needs to be moved, and it comes back with a quote.  The cheapest for my moving mass/miles was $750.  So I decided to hit Craigslist because I knew this was unreasonable.  I found Kewl Movers and another company that came in at $525.  Kewl said they'd do it for $499 for my business so I went with them.  Frank followed up with me and I even forgot to tell him about a big mirror but he said "don't worry about it." I then told him he'd miscalculated miles because he'd done it as the crow flies instead of by Google Maps, and same thing, he said "dont' worry about it Philip".  Made me feel fuzzy inside (:  So the morning of, after paying LAParking to put a tow away sign in front of my apartment, these two big guys from Hungary came to my door right on time.  They had a super-truck, with a mechanical loading bay for heavy stuff, quite the operation.  And I thought for 500 I'd be getting some cheap Mexicans or white trash with a dirty hand-me-down Uhaul.  Before I knew it most of the stuff was outside of my apartment and in the truck, and it was a perfect fit, based upon the item list and square footage I'd given him.  Everything fragile or expensive that they loaded they wrapped with a blanket and tape, and they handled every big item on their own, me and boyfriend just helped them move smaller items closer and closer to the truck since we were mere weaklings.  We started our 75 mile journey across the barren Los Angeles freeways (no really we actually didn't hit any traffic).  I bought them some snacks at the 7-11 cause it looked like they needed it.  We careened up and down the hills to my new huge house, and I breathed in the fresh mountain air.  The guys helped me unload everything, and not a scratch or break on anything.  They had a chance to rip me off and charge me extra because my apartment even though on first level had 4 stairs to get to the doorway, as well as the new house.  But, they didn't, they were an honest, clean, up front business, and I highly recommend them.  If only they were like Mcdonalds and I could frequent them all the time.For small moves they're still highly recommend, because their price per miles for small moves is very competitive as well.
