There is no such thing as a stress-free move. If you want to come close, give Kangaroo van lines a call. From my first contact with their agents in their Los Angeles, CA home office, to the drivers and local terminal reps; everyone was eager to help in any way they could. It's rare to receive this level of customer service at any company in this day and age, not to mention the price, which could not be beat.

I only know of one relocation company that can duly satisfy my movement needs. They understand me like no other relocation company. Recently, I was relocating to Austin, TX from Los Angeles, CA. Everything about the team from Kangaroo van lines is terrific. The guys were professional and pleasant. They handled the entire process neatly and were in total control of the relocation. In just three hours, they had moved me out, having wrapped each of my many arts separately to ensure their safety. They took just over two days to move me in. The guys are very insightful, and they placed all my stuff very thought fully. I requested them to set up my beds, and they had absolutely no problem with that. For quality relocation, use Kangaroo van lines. Furthermore, their charges are nearly 20% less than the run-of-the-mill long distance movers.

Happy to say this relocation is finally complete. We were so swamped with phone calls from companies that were more or less saying the same exact thing. The difference was Kangaroo van lines was willing to take extra time to make sure all the details were correct from the smallest thing such as a box count to the final pricing. How it works - is you are only responsible for the amount of space you take up on the truck. Our rep did a great job overestimating space so when it came time to see the actual space it would be cheaper than the estimate we had. Everyone was so nice and friendly. They even went line by line with the contract making sure they left nothing unanswered. They did what the other companies weren’t willing to do. They were by far the best mover we ever employed and hope that others have the same experience

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! It’s been over 30 days and we have still not received our things. It’s delay after delay after delay. Save yourself the frustration of dealing with this company.
