I have used Kangnam in the past and seemed good so I used them again for my move. They were on time and polite, checked out all the rooms and came back with up tape, shrink wrap and a dollys. The 2nd set of boxes, use a heavy duty dolly and scratch up my hardwood floors. Wtf??? I told the guy, you scratched up my floors, he pull the dolly back and said no I didn't! That was there.....and told the same to his boss!!?? I ignored the yelp reviews becaused I had used them before but should of listen ultimately!! I asked for copies of the invoice to prove that they came but refused and took off! I called the head office and they said  my guys are telling me they didn't do anything so your2 shits out of luck! Read the small print on the invoice?? Umm... the invoice I never got from your guys Cuz they ran away?? WtfI AM SOOOOOOOOO DONE WITH THIS COMPANY!IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR PERSONAL STUFF, DO NOT USE THESE CLOWNS!

Very bad experience with them ,they came and argued and did not even start the moving process because their attitude was terrible.

If you dont want to read this long review: Don't hire them. They're lazy, incompetent, unprofessional, and just the absolute worst. One star is way too much credit.Edit: As I am unpacking things, it is becoming more and more abundantly clear that the movers just did not care. Our computer monitor and has been damaged and dented along the top and now has a permanent blue filter.Let me start off this review by saying that this is the second time using this company to move. The first time, we moved from a 4 room 2 story to a two room one story property and everything fit into one truck. The second time, we went from a much smaller house to a bigger one but for some reason they left at least a 1/3 of our things behind. (Probably because these movers were inexperienced.) Ok, not a big deal, I can just get a UHaul. The day before the move date, we got called from them and very aggressively insisting that we start earlier despite us giving them our money for their services and previously agreed on start time. After moving to our current property, they left about 6 or 7 of our things outside claiming "it's too big" or "the door is too small." Outrageous. One of the things they claimed couldnt fit was our refrigerator. However, the previous residents had left a refrigerator the same exact size as ours. How the hell did they get that one in then? I then suggested that they take the doors off of the fridge like they did the last time we hired them so it can fit through the door but they clearly lied to me saying they didn't have any tools despite disassembling a queen size bed and putting it back together. (They also didn't put it back together correctly and left some of their tools that they apparently didn't have behind.)Despite showing them the measurements, they kept claiming the same thing over and over. When we gave them a solution, they would just go back to speaking Spanish without responding at all.I constantly had to remind them to make sure they got the things left outside in but they kept refusing to do it. So eventually, I called the company and told them my situation and they told me to "Push them to do it." What the hell am I paying you for? That's literally your job and your employees. They way they handled customer service is absolutely disgusting. But lo and behold, eventually they were able to get everything in except the couch (which actually got in by the help of my friends later but kept insisting they couldn't do it.) Towards the end, we asked them to move some cabinets to specific spaces and one of them aggressively asked "Do you wanna pay for 'nother hour?" However we had already paid them for a specific amount of time and had 40 minutes left! All we did was to ask them to move four stand up cabinets! We had to remind him that we still had 40 minutes and he claimed he was "confused."On top of this, only one of them barely spoke any English and the whole entire time, they would be back talking and cursing and laughing whenever we asked them to do something specific. Overall, this moving company is absolutely disgusting, unprofessional, and one that I would absolutely not even reccomend to my worst enemy. Get some workers who speak English and are courteous enough to actually respond to questions and requests. This is something that should have been a fairly easy process but because of your unprofessional employees, and terrible customer service, ended up in a complete storm of anger, and dissatisfaction.

Terrible experience started back talking the minute they got here.  All they did was argue from the beginning.   Moving is stressful to begi n with and the movers were making it more stressful by not being able to negotiate where to park.  I would never recommend this company.   We would rather move to wait than use this company .
