Just had Jim move the last few items from my mother-in-laws house. It just sold and escrow closes in 2 weeks. He was able to load everything including a large oriental carpet. I first used Jim two years ago when I was moving apartments.  I decided I wanted to do the move myself but no way was I going to try and handle the washer/dryer move or disconnecting and reconnecting the gas lines and water hoses.  Found Jim online, explained the situation and gave him some measurements.  Jim showed up right as scheduled and had my large, stacked washer/dryer out the door and onto his truck in minutes. After arriving simultaneously at the new place, he'd somehow gotten it down from his truck and positioned inside (including up a few stairs and through a very narrow door frame) with ease I cannot even explain.  As he hooked it up to the hoses and the gas line, he noticed we needed an extra part that was missing and went to the hardware store to get it.  Only asked that I pay for the part but wouldn't accept payment for this extra time.  WORTH EVERY PENNY AND THEN SOME.Fast forward two years and yesterday I noticed water leaking out when I ran the washer.  Immediately texted Jim about having him come out to take a look and he got back to me within a few minutes and walked through a few simple troubleshooting options, one of which was the issue.  Problem solved.JIM IS THE BEST THERE IS.

Jim is AWESOME!!! I needed a mover to move a large refrigerator (it had to be out by Sunday) and Jim came through. I contacted him I believe it was Friday evening, he replied to my message right away and he was able to move it for me Sunday morning. He goes above and beyond to help you. He had to take apart the doors to fit it through the doors and he even put it all back together. If you need a fridge moved even a large one and at a reasonable price. You need to call Jim!  Thanks again Jim!!

Great service! Could not have been happier. We recently moved to a new apartment, our fridge broke down and we needed the help moving a fridge from our old apartment to our new apartment and disposing of the broken down fridge. Fridge broke down on a weeknight, I was already planning on taking a day off from work and figuring out how the heck I was going to switch the fridges and who could help me. We looked on Yelp,found the great reviews for Jim and contacted him that evening. He replied back quickly even though it was a little after hours and we were able to schedule something for the following afternoon. Jim did an awesome job.  He really helped us out and his price was extremely reasonable. It would have cost us a lot more trying to do it ourselves. Thank you Jim!

I do not understand what happened and why Jim could not help me. After all the good reviews, I thought he'd be able to get the job done. All I needed was basic stacked washer/dryer installed. It was already in the condo unit and everything. He advertises doing this and there are positive reviews for this, so I'm unsure as to why he refused to do my job after checking out the situation. Seems like I'm missing something here, but he wouldn't explain or complete the job and I'm without laundry.It wasn't a date, my roommate was there instead of me, big deal... And I left a good amount of cash in case he could get to it while there. Totally understood that he couldn't do it day of quote but he didn't even try to schedule another day to complete it. Puzzling.
