I have used GoShare as a driver and a customer and I am a big fan. It is the easiest way to get a driver with a truck. You can earn up to $61.92 per hour as a driver and as a customer its great to get some extra muscle with a truck when I need it.

Swindlers! Much like other people have indicated, the quote is NOT EVEN CLOSE to the actual price.We picked GoShare because it was going to be much less than a professional company. Turns out, the actual price is nearly 3X the amount we were quoted!The movers were pretty nice, but not gentle with our stuff whatsoever. I do not recommend this company.

Mistake using them. Quote is far less than actual price. I feel like they do this to make you think it's a cheap option. Quoted 80-102. Charged 210. Have always used movers, have never had a quote be so far below actual charge. Their response is "we are transparent it's per minute." You'd think their quote would be more true to a realistic time and would give a realistic price.

My experience was very similar to Pranav' s- I needed to move on short notice, with too little stuff to justify a moving company and no time to deal with U-Haul.  Maksim and David arrived on time, worked quickly and delivered everything in good condition . I was also a little surprised to see TWO trucks, but whatever - two trucks or two trips, comes out the same.  Total cost was $90 for 35 minutes, credit card only.  The movers are independent contractors, the credit card number taken during the booking process so you don't know the final total until you get the receipt via email. The mobile app is simple and quick to use, the booking process smooth.  My request was confirmed within ten minutes.  Think "Uber" or "Lyft" and you get the idea, with a little Postmates thrown in - the "movers" (let's call them that) are also available for other services - courier, appliance pick up, order pick up (say, IKEA or Home Depot), and more.  The website gives many, many more suggestions.Only one CON - the guys ran 5-6 minutes over because one guy took that amount of time more than the other to get from point A to point B, so I ended up paying $30 more - the charges run in 30 minute increments.  Just a word to the wise.This a great service and I will definitely use it again.

On the positive side, I was able to book a driver with a small truck to come within a few hours and he did the job as requested. On the negative side, and the reason I can only give 2 stars, is that he quoted $30 - $60 for the job which turned out to be $225 :-O because their actual billing rate for that size truck and 1 driver is $1.29 per minute and it took 215 minutes to do the job, far more than the estimate. If you do the math this works out to $77.40 per hour, whereas you can get a truck and 2 guys on Task Rabbit for $61 per hour. I will not make this mistake again.
