Established in 2009. The Gentlemen's Moving Company was established under the DBA Oleg's Moving Company in early 2009. Being a small family business we were able to create solid standards of moving services. As our moving company was growing we were constantly adding services such as packing and unpacking, piano moving, storage in transit, pool table movers and commercial moving.Four years later in 2012 we've become midsize corporation hiring only reliable movers with exceptional experience and knowledge in moving industry. By far the best moving decision I made! Special shout out to Kirill (KO), Dmitry, and Kirill for doing an excellent job with all aspects of my move! They handled everything with great professionalism and efficiency, even with a few hiccups along the way. When it came time to move, everything was wrapped professionally and securely to prevent damage in transit, and all three of them moved all of our furniture with extra care to make sure that nothing was damaged on the way to the truck. One desk that might not have been assembled as securely by me (and was constructed of particle board, so it would be easy to break) did have some pieces  come apart when they tried to move it, but they were able to reassemble everything at the new location very quickly without issue.The only other roadblock was moving our large refrigerator into our new home. The opening was very tight to begin with, but this was a really big French doors refrigerator. After measuring everything multiple times, KO decided that it would be possible as long as they took off the doors to the freezer and refrigerator. And then after doing so and barely fitting it inside, he also reattached the doors for me as well.All in all, this trio made a great team and went above and beyond my expectations! I would not hesitate to have them be my movers again!

Here's the good news: I honestly  think they are nice guys. We used them twice. The first time went off without a hitch (that is why i gave them 2 stars instead of 1...at least the first time went well..) So we used them again...and it was kind of a disaster. I was on bed rest and 8 months pregnant so i also wasn't able to be managing every second but i was clear about what needed to happen/ where things went/ etc. The problem was the language barrier and i think maybe inexperience/or disorganization as well ? They threw away all my purse covers along with their boxes, proof of purchase,etc. Ive collected designer purses for 15 years you can imagine how many I have. I was really heartbroken to realize when I had unpacked everything at my new place instead of leaving the boxes there like i had requested (my husband was going to pick them up and take them in our car) they threw them away. When my husband came by to pick up the things i had asked them to leave he just assumed they packed them on accident. He never thought they would actually throw them away. That makes all my bags less valuable and frankly was such a bummer for someone who loves collecting them. They also threw away all my designer shoes boxes, dust bags, and extra heal caps, including the box my wedding shoes were in (that I wanted to save) Just really not okay. Really it was one of those moments I was actually heartbroken I have collected those for a very long time and some of those boxes were from incredibly valuable vintage bags. So that has taken me awhile to get over. Its been 6 months and I'm still upset about it. And secondly, they lost all the screws and things to the furniture they took apart. My husband and I went to sleep on our bed and felt it give a little and we were kind of freaked out. We moved the mattress to find out they had clearly misplaced the screws to the bed and TAPED our bed frame together. Literally by laying on the bed we almost fell through the frame. Our bed is NOT close to the ground...and I was 8 months pregnant with a very high risk pregnancy. I was really upset. To say the least. How irresponsible and dangerous. We never found the screws and because we laid on it when it wasn't secure we bent the frame and had to replace it. Not to mention our book case upstairs that they lost all the pieces to put it back together so we had to wait 2 months for our replacement pieces to come in. Kind of a nightmare...The guys were really nice just so didn't appreciate that stuff. Not okay.  If you take things apart make sure you know where the screws to put them back together are and if you don't know DONT JUST TAPE IT AND THINK WE WONT NOTICE. and DONT THROW THINGS AWAY YOU ASSUME YOU SHOULD. DO NOT ASSUME...that assumption has cost me 1000s (and I mean many thousands...) of dollars and the covers and boxes are not replaceable. In one move they managed to really mess up a collection I had spent so many years on...

My current roommate and I were looking for a service that would move us out of our individual places and into one. The initial phone call with Tara was a pleasant experience. She answered my questions and addressed our concerns professionally. I was given an arrival window of 9-10 am. 4 guys arrived to my place at 8:55 and they were ready. They loaded up the boxes containing all of the belongings in my 1 bedroom apartment (including disassembling my bed) in under an hour. They then headed to the second place and worked their magic there and were done in under 2 hours. We had a bit of timing snag when we go to the final destination, but that wasn't their fault. They even helped us make decisions on furniture placement! The whole job of loading up, moving, and unloading 2 apartments into 1 took less than 8 hours. There was a bit of sticker shock at the end, but it was worth it!I would definitely recommend Gentleman's Moving Company. If I ever have to move again (I hope not too soon), then these guys would be the first I call!

The Yelp adventure begins!After extensive research; calls, appointments, measurements,, decided on Gentlemen's Moving Co. They were impressive from the first phone call (Miss Tara) to the last stick of furniture delivered ( Kirill, Demitri, and Valéry). Having to move oversize furniture from CA to AZ was a concern, however Gentlemen's Movers were completely organized and thorough. The team arrived on time, begun loading and maneuvered the furniture in a professional experienced manner. Could not be more impressed and happily surprised. Their "flat fee rate" (out of state) was well worth the price. Plus there is a discount for paying cash as opposed to using a credit card. There is a valid reason this company has so many 5 star reviews and I am happy to add to that!

Amazingly quick and professional service. I hired Gentlemen's Moving Company for a move and I was shocked at how quick they went. You can tell the movers are pros -- they know how to package and handle every type of furniture -- even the most irregular shapes. They wrapped all of the necessary furniture in plastic wrap to ensure it wouldn't be scratched. I was shocked at how fast they were loading stuff into the truck.I intended to disassemble my bedframe beforehand, but didn't have enough time, so they offered to do it for me, and were super fast. You could tell they had assembled that IKEA frame before because they knew exactly what parts to take apart and which ones to leave alone. I assumed they would just leave the parts at my new place for me to assemble, but they assembled it as well -- and really quickly too -- which was above and beyond the service I was expecting.They were surprisingly friendly, too. Nothing was damaged in transit.   Pricing was very reasonable too -- $100/hr with two movers. Four hours for $400 was definitely worth it.
