Frank and Angel were on time, great attitude, courteous and STRONG and EFFICIENT!! I will definitely use them again!

Frank disappoints again. When it comes to moving low value items in boxes, these guys can get it done. Then again, pretty much any average Joe off of the street can too.I hired them through U-Haul and asked them for help loading my motorcycle. I even called in before-hand to confirm that they knew how to load it into the U-Haul. I also spent a few hundred on quality motorcycle ratchet straps and stands. Not only did the load it incorrectly, but they assured me that it would be good to go. By the time I reached my destination, my motorcycle did not make it, and it was written off by insurance as a total loss. After calling them asking for some help with the insurance deductible, they were unwilling to help me pay for it, or even give me a refund. Then they went on to reference the U-Haul terms and conditions, stating that they weren't liable, but after reading it myself, it actually just says that U-Haul is not liable and that all matters are solely between the customer and the moving company. I let them know of their... illiteracy... and the best thing they could say is "I don't know" lol. I also asked if they were operating their business with insurance, AND THEY HAVE NO INSURANCE. I REPEAT, THEY DO NOT HAVE BUSINESS INSURANCE. So if they break something during your move, you will have to sue them. I tried looking up their business address, and it's just some house in Los Angeles. I wish I didn't overlook these details as it unfortunately cost me more than what their services are worth.These guys act like they are expert movers, but really they are not. They are just a team of guys off the street that know how to pick up boxes and put them down. If you are moving any large or high-value items (motorcycles, furniture, etc), I would highly recommend staying as far away from them as possible - it's just not worth it.

We were really disappointed. The guys were nice and all, and seemed to be quite capable and careful at the beginning. Once they were running out of time and things weren't fitting they rushed. When we arrived at our destination we found valuables badly loaded -- furniture without blankets (there we stacks of unused blankets on top of the load), sharp legged furniture digging into a box marked "fragile lamp shades", the mattress crammed up against a bike. In short we had a fair bit of damage and no recourse. I would not recommend them.

My mom did use them for her move and was as impressed this time as the last. The same guys (or at least one of them) came, and remembered our (now departed) dog, which was sweet to hear he'd made an impression. Thanks again for your consistent speed and helpfulness!

I was so impressed with Frank's mover's. I will never move on my own again. I used Frank's movers back in January. I scheduled them through Uhaul. The movers arrived fifteen minutes early. They dissembled our furniture for us and put the screws and items in ziplock bags attached to the furniture. They were extremely polite and made such quick work of everything. They got through our entire 2 bedroom apartment well under their 2 hr time frame. They packed the Uhaul very well and protected all of our stuff. I'm not sure it would've all fit if we'd done it on our own. The guys took good care of our items, were very professional, on time, and extremely helpful. They were worth every penny, and they saved us a ton of time and hassle. Highly, highly recommend!!
