The office staff was professional and kept us up to date with scheduling of trucks and crew. The day before we were contacted asking if a smaller truck would work. I was worried something was wrong, and she let me know that the large truck was going on another job and I would receive 2 medium size trucks and only be charged for 1. The crew was very personable, efficient, and attentive to our furniture. I will definitely use them again and recommend them highly.

This was a great moving experience from start to finish. I call for a quote and spoke to Ramona. She was very helpful, courteous and professional. I booked the move. On moving day Paco, Fidel and Tito showed up on time. They did an excellent job in moving us. They were very careful, courteous and got the job done promptly. I would highly recommend them for your next move. If I could I'd definitely give them more than  5 Stars. Thank you very much Paca, Fidel and Tito. You are all so awesome! Ann and Gary.

Purchasing a home in December was a stressful event, everything was right down to the wire. Fortunately, the Florez team was there to help out during the holidays, and even accepted the job for a move on the 24th of December. I was told to expect the movers to arrive between 9:00am and 10:00am, and they showed up right at 8:55am. I was pleased with their promptness and their pleasant attitudes, they seemed jolly and eager to get started. We paid an hourly rate for this team with a four hour minimum, but they worked hard the entire time without slacking or taking breaks, and they were able to complete the job in the four hour time period. We had many large potted plants, breakable objects, and works of art that I was nervous about moving. Tito, Fidel, and Paco handled all our belongings with exceptional care, even shrink wrapping certain items and taking extra security precautions.I waited to write my review until everything was unpacked, and all of our stuff survived the move; nothing was broken, dented, or otherwise damaged. With all the other chaos and headaches in moving, we were grateful to have a smooth experience with this Company. We would use them again, and recommend them to anyone.

I had such a good experience with this company, it forced me to leave my first ever Yelp review. Fidel, Tito, Ryder, and Paco were God sent!!! They were very professional from the moment they pulled up. I've moved several times, but this is the first time I used a moving company. I was afraid it would be a waist of money. These guys proved me wrong!!! By the way, I'm convinced Fidel could've moved everything himself - he's a BEAST!!! Paco was in charge of the operation, and thoroughly impressed me! Thanks again, guys!!!
