The price was great.. awesome team at both the pick up Huntington Beach and drop off at Sacramento ... long distance move was done with ease and organization. Jason is flexible and accommodating. Again his team is hard working... good experience.

I was told that you knew what items would be picked up -- 9 foot table, 8 dining room chairs, microwave & butcher block table/cart.   I was also told that if the price was going to be more to let her know.  If you didn't want the job you should have been upfront & said so. With that being said -- the fact of just not returning phone calls is just plain rude.

UPDATE: This is not a fake review. I've attached an image to the company, not sure how to attach to this post. On April 26 at 8:18 AM, you literally write: "Hi Neil Yes we are all set for this Sunday.Thanks Jason"But I should have known you wouldn't man up to your fail, due to the other reviews. Honestly, just be careful with these guys. They really do seem to operate like a hotel, in the sense that they overbook and if you're one of the people that gets booted, they could careless about what you are able to do. I'm pretty sure if you're doing an expensive move, you'll have a great chance of getting them to show up, but since ours was a local move for only a few hours, they probably figured they'd rather use the truck and time on a more expensive job. The Okay: I used them 2 years ago to move from Westminster to Garden Grove. They didn't call to confirm or anything so it was a bit scary, but they did show up. They're really reasonably priced compared to the other guys, but they show up and have no tools or wardrobe boxes, which we expressly requested. They just said "Sorry, we were the last truck to leave and no one left us anything." Er, okay. The move was fine, they worked really fast and got it done. The HORRIBLE: Then we went to go use them for our most recent move on May 1st, to go from Garden Grove to Irvine. I was a bit scared since I read the review about them not showing up after getting confirmations, but figured it couldn't happen to me that was just some dude who didn't know what he was doing. WRONG!!!My father called and talked to Jason to set up, he said to email him the details. I went ahead and did that. Emailed back to confirm, he said we were all set for the move date. A few days before the move we go to follow up, my dad calls him to confirm. Jason says you should have a confirmation email that is automated from when you selected your move date. I tell my dad we didn't do it like that Jason just responded via email himself to confirm. We try and call him back, no answer. Call him on my phone, no answer. Text him on both phones, no response. Email him, nothing. Okay, so we figure, whatever maybe since I set the appointment he didn't know it was my dad. They'll still show up just like last time, WRONG! Day of the move, we are calling, texting, everything again. Then he finally texts my dad. "Dad had heart attack. Dynasty Movers. (Their phone number)." And that's it. WTF. So they just completely shut down because he had a personal problem? Not to mention he doesn't ever text, call, or email me. He was able to answer my dad's call and when we call back literally 2 minutes later we just got screwed? Give me a break, so full of crap. It is now May 1st, EVERY mover is booked, no U-Haul trucks available for rent. Luckily, after begging with a mover, we get someone to show up at 3PM to help us with the move, where we are now sorely behind schedule and have to pay through the nose since all their movers are going to be on overtime. It is sad, because the movers they use do a really quick and good job, but Jason just sucks. He really should just get a cheap assistant to take calls and schedule stuff because he obviously doesn't give a crap that he's playing with peoples livelihood. What would we have done if we couldn't find anyone? Worst day ever, not even an apology.

I highly recommend Elite Movers & Delivery / SoCal Elite Movers. I also dealt with Jason and for once it was nice to get rapid and thorough information direct from him. He always answered my questions via email, phone, or text. So nice not to worry during a move. He showed up when he said with the truck he said he'd show up with, and somehow got 2 random folks to help load that were both extremely polite and though there was some very minor damage along the way it was less than what I would have caused doing it myself!I just emailed my list of items and he quoted me. Initially I didn't have a final address just city and that was no problem. I tried to add a little fudge factor on packed goods and even though I'm sure I underestimated a bit (a human character flaw people moving all share) he didn't charge me any more. Same good experience with drop off. Patient and polite helpers and no surprises. I have to tell you my other moving experiences suck compared to this, delays, stress, communication issues, damaged goods, extra expenses etc... You'll get none of that with Elite, AND YOU'LL PAY WAY LESS!It's insane how much some movers want to charge - get a fair rate and let Elite take care of it.

We called multiple moving companies and were amazed what jerks some people could be but were completely amazed with this company! Jason was extremely professional and helpful and was patient with all of our questions and concerns. We hired two guys to come and wow!!! They worked so fast and didn't even take one single break. We are extremely happy with their services especially because they did not break a single thing. Our move was smooth and non-stressful. Thanks guys!!! Def hire them. You wont regret it!
