Do not ever underestimate the level of efficiency that a group of workers can have together if they communicate well. The movers we were assigned for this job were able to complete our move in less than seven days because of this very same reason. We had contacted them and explained our entire situation to the person over the phone, he was very kind fellow and schedule this visit the same week. When the movers arrived they came and took a look at the house, one man then told us they could begin the very same day. My father gave them the green light and one by one we watched the movers organize and clean up all of our rooms. Could not have been happy with the level of hard work these men provided us.

We had a hard move. Fifth floor walk up ( no elevator). Bunches of extremely sensitive stuff and enormous, awkward pieces. One organization (another with 5 stars from Yelp) gave us one quote, but Cool Movers provided us with the best quote. We were moving from Hollywood two bedroom town house ( around 1300 sq ft) to the house in West Hollywood. We're most likely the last individuals any company would need to help move; we're exceptionally specific, hard to if you don't mind and super hands on, however Cool Movers Los Angeles far surpassed our desires. They were on time, kind and most importantly they were productive and knew their stuff. Kevin, Vladimir and Jack went well beyond and made what is generally an extremely distressing move. Furthermore, luckily, nothing was damaged, not in any case some exceptionally delicate nineteenth century mirrors, statues, headboards, and so on. This was a BIG move and we wouldn't believe any organization more than Cool Movers. In case we're ever need to move again, we will totally be hiring them!

After getting quotes from several companies for my local move, I went with Cool movers . I was nervous because so many people have shared horror stories of their moving companies, but they remained in communication with me leading up to and the morning of my moving day. They did have a delay in getting to my house but they didn't leave me in the dark- they let me know what was going on and when to expect them. I requested a lot of help and had a team of 5 men show up to do all the moving and lifting. They did a great job of getting everything out of the house and loaded up, as well as unloaded at my new homeOne of the guys even shared his appreciation of original artwork with my 9 year old daughter- so much so that he offered to purchase one of her paintings from her! I'm so glad I went with this company- they did a great job and best of all, my back wasn't screaming at me from doing all the heavy lifting myself!

The movers at this company are some of the best workers we have hired in recent years. Received the reference to them from an old college buddy of mine. We gave them a call sometime about last Tuesday and were able to schedule a job with them that very same week. Very satisfied with the service that we received and would suggest them to all in need of a professional move.

Out of all of the places we had contacted in regards to professional assistance on a move, I have to admit these people were the most knowledgeable in their line of work. They were very patient over the phone with us, the representative we spoke to was a very nice gentlemen who seemed to be well informed about long distance and local transports of furniture. He told us all about the prices they offer and what they depend on, the gentlemen also mentioned the tools they use and what processes might be taken in order to deliver our furniture. We were given very thorough and detailed explanations about all aspects of the move and this reassured us a lot, the workers seemed to be very organized and that was exactly what we needed. Do not call anyone else, these are literally my default moving company if we ever need help on another move in the future.
