History

Established in 2010. While working at a retail store, times were low and I needed extra income. I had just gotten my pick up truck, so I started offering my service to friends and family. Soon after I was getting calls here and there. I truly believe in customer satisfaction to the fullest and is why I have had returning business. Originally, I was only offering small deliveries. Then decided to broaden my services by offering furniture assembly, packing and loading, trash disposal and junk removal. Soon after, I started providing debris removal and demo. I've also worked with other small businesses to help them with their needs, whether it is delivering furniture for them, recycling, or junk removal. I thank them for giving me an opportunity to be of service. And finally my business name. I've always used the catch phrase «Cool Guy», so I adopted it as my business name, people thought it was funny and catchy, so I rolled with it. 5 stars is way too low a rating for Cool Guy Moving and Hauling. I called late and Marlon came right away. I had a HUGE pile of things to haul and he meticulously sorted it all. He had to make 2 hauls and worked so hard. The price was Very reasonable and he was fantastic. Marlon even swept and cleaned up the mess. Don't even bother calling another company if you want the job done quickly, for a reasonable price, and with a friendly "Cool Guy." Thanks Marlon!

I contacted Cool Guy to haul away kitchen cabinets, tiles, and old carpets in my condo. They were nice enough to accommodate my (last minute) request to come and pick up the same day. Marlon arrived within the time window promised. His style is casual yet professional. Marlon worked quickly and efficiently, but I volunteered to help the job finish even faster. What I appreciated the most was Marlon's careful consideration not to damage the walls in the walkways and elevator. At the end, he even swept up left-over debris. For the price, he went above and beyond. I am one satisfied customer.

Wow!!! Phenomenal.Norberto is not only professional, prompt, friendly he is really strong too. He moved three couches. One of which was a recliner with a metal frame. He accomplished all of this plus some random objects in 15 min! Super impressed. Quick and reasonable priced. Thanks again!!

Norbert responded to my request within a few hours. He scheduled a visit to home to give me a free estimate on the cost of the removal of the tile and cabinets from the kitchen.He always returns calls. His prices were reasonable for the removal of trash only from the house. He arrived at the scheduled time and his price was the same as he quoted.

Scheduled an appointment for next day service. No one showed up or called. I reached out to the company and was told that someone was supposed to contact me to cancel and that I should secure another company for service. Very inconvenient considering that I took the day off to be able to do this. Will not use or recommend. Truly deserve ZERO stars.
